Episode Stats: Japanese Episode 83: "Nangoku Pokemon to GS BOOLU"
Now on Dai Dai Island, they must find Dr. Uchikido's lab. They go to the Pokemon Center and get directions and start on their way. Once there, they are greeted by three young lab assistants. (who come out of a door on the floor). They take Satoshi-tachi to the back of the lab where Uchikido's swimming in the pool with her pokemon. Takeshi is mesmerized. Inside the lab, Uchikido gives Satoshi the GS Ball (Gold Silver Ball). The lab assistants can't transport it, can't open it, nothing. Uchikido is stumped by it, but hopes that Ookido can discover its secrets. Satoshi calls Ookido and tells him that he's got the GS Ball. Meanwhile, the Rocket Dan are super-worried because their blimp is ruined. Musashi tries to lift Kojirou's and Nyasu's spirits by getting them to work on it. So the repairs begin. In the lab, Uchikido shows Satoshi all her pokemon. Takeshi notices that she makes her own pokemon food. Uchikido explains that her pokemon are different from other pokemon because of the tropical environment. She's raised all the pokemon in the lab, much to Takeshi's amazement. A Butterfrii of Dr. Uchikido won't eat, so Takeshi tastes its food. He realizes that it tastes horrible and that Butterfrii doesn't like that type of food. Takeshi makes some new food and the Butterfrii eats it right up! Impressed with Takeshi's knowledge, the three assistants ask him to teach him everything he can about Pokemon. The living quarters of the doctors is a mess, and Takeshi can't wait to to clean the mess up! He cooks, he cleans! Later that night, Takeshi goes out while Uchikido is studying the Rafureshia to offer her a snack. Just then, a Ratta gets in the way, and the Rafureshia use its stun spore in self-defense. Uchikido jumps in front of Ratta to shield it from the pollen. Ratta will be OK, as will Uchikido. Now they just need to rest. The next morning, Satoshi and Kasumi start to leave when they notice Takeshi isn't packed to leave. Instead, he's making repairs to Dr. Uchikido's lab! Takeshi says his goodbyes, and Satoshi and Kasumi leave without him. :( Satoshi-tachi go back to the airport and see a brand new blimp! Musashi and Kojirou, dressed up this time as men, take off with Satoshi, Kasumi, and Purin. Musashi and Kojirou spring a cage on Satoshi-tachi, trapping them. The Rocket Dan do their motto, then notice Takeshi's gone. Kojirou thinks Satoshi and Kasumi are alone because they're on a date, but they of course deny everything. Pikachu can't use its electricity because dirigibles are flammable. Just then Purin pops in and sings! Musashi and Kojirou jump out of the blimp with parachutes with Purin following them. Satoshi-tachi are now asleep, and the blimp has no pilot. Will they be OK? Tsuzuku!
No real changes to report! Gasp! The people have different
names, but that's it. Takeshi leaves this episode and stays with
Uchikido until the end of the Orange League episodes. Yes, Takeshi
returns! Kenji stays with Dr. Ookido and Takeshi returns! Yay!

Pocket Monsters was not created by me. It was created by Satoshi Tajiri and the crew at TV-Tokyo. Pokemon is (c) Game Freak, Nintendo, 4Kids Productions, Hasbro, Bandai, and a ton of other companies. When you have a popular anime like Pokemon, lots of people own it so it's impossible to list every company who owns a piece of Pokemon. No infringement of copyrights is meant by the creation of the web site. All images were gotten from official websites (Nintendo, TV-Tokyo, etc.) unless otherwise noted (I don't steal images from other sites!). |
