Moment when I was Hooked

- by youtwolife | youtwolife@yahoo.com

I was growing up in bombay, and in 1991,
was listening to MC hammer!!!! My elder sister had
this casseette of Peter Gabriel's SO, with U2 songs on
the other side. Every time UF, or Pride played, I'd
say, oh, nice song. Then I realized, that I probably
liked that brand of music ( I also loved Red Rain by
PG). So I went out and bought AB, which was the latest
album on the shelves at the time. Hmmm, I listened to
Zoostation, and I broke into a cold sweat wondering
what the hell I'd spent precious money on. Once I
heard ONE, tho', I decided that all was not wasted.
For the next year, it seems, I listened to nothing but
AB, and fell in love with every single song. Zoo
station's great!!!
Have been a fan since, and will be forever.

-U2 for life.
