New Mordheim Beastman Fig!!!"The meeting grounds of the Beastmen are marked with great standing stones called herdstones. These are the holy places of the Beastmen where the power of Chaos holds sway."

Update - October 17, 2000
Today I went and bought the 6th edition Warhammer book (hardcover!).  I haven't had time to read it yet but I like it so far.  There is some nice Beastmen artwork in there (among others).

In the next few weeks you'll see some big changes around here at the Herdstone.  Like the rest of the world, this site will be going 6th edition.  I know some of you don't like the new edition but that's life and things change.  So keep your boots on and keep checking buy.

Also here's a rarity for the Herdstone - 6th ed. rumours!  Apparently Beastmen will get there own army book; plastic Gors are on their way (old I know...); and Beastmen will have calvary and archerers together in the form of Centaurs!

Update - October 8, 2000
It seems from the amount of emails that I've been getting lately that there are a few of you out there that really don't like these changes that have been made to the Beastman army list.  I have three comments I'd like to make about this.

First of all I am not responsible for these changes so don't send me any more emails with 4 letter words in them ok?  I just delete them.

Second, if you want to make a petition to GW about the changes one of you will have to organize it because I hardly have the time.  Contact me and I will link to your petition site.

Lastly, I have yet to play a game under the new rules and therefore cannot say if I like or dislike it yet... remember winning isn't everything - and people to try to win every game are no fun to play with.

WANTED:
Articles and contributions from everyone out there that plays Beastman armies. Please try to make them .txt or .html files.  Send them to:
The Herdstone.
