International Broadcast Training of Canada (IBToC) uses the Kaswentah - a wampum belt from the Six Nations of the Iroquois Confederacy - as our symbol and our inspiration.

The Kaswentah represents different peoples - separate from each other yet respecting each other:

The purple rows are the spirits of people taking different paths together.

The beads separating the rows symbolize peace, friendship and respect.

The bed of white wampum emphasizes the integrity of the relationship.
