IBToC training is designed to improve, inspire, empower, enrich, illustrate and illuminate.

In cooperation and consultation with the client, IBToC:

• Assigns an experienced coordinator to manage larger projects. The coordinator calls in specialists as needed.
  
• Undertakes training needs analysis leading to a coordinated plan for both large and small projects.
  
• Designs and delivers training programmes appropriate to needs, level of skills, local culture and available funds.
  
• Oversees, monitors and audits all seminars and workshops.
  
• Supports trainers with an extensive, up-to-date training library of tapes, written material and interactive media.
  
• Arranges and designs essential follow-up sessions.
  
• Where possible assists in raising funds from governments, NGOs, foundations, broadcast groups and private contributors which value broadcasting as a public service.
  
• Consults and advises on future training programmes and methodology.
