Our
Training Methods
IBToC
workshops and seminars have proved highly effective with broadcasters
of different skill levels, different cultures, different nationalities
and different languages. They deliver craft skills and the highest
professional values and ethics to both newcomers and experienced professionals.
IBToC
training is designed to improve, inspire, empower, enrich, illustrate
and illuminate.
In
cooperation and consultation with the client,
IBToC:
- Assigns
an experienced coordinator to manage larger projects. The coordinator
calls in specialists as needed.
- Undertakes
training needs analysis leading to a coordinated plan for both
large and small projects.
- Designs
and delivers training programmes appropriate to needs, level of
skills, local culture and available funds.
- Oversees,
monitors and audits all seminars and workshops.
- Supports
trainers with an extensive, up-to-date training library of tapes,
written material and interactive media.
- Arranges
and designs essential follow-up sessions.
- Where
possible assists in raising funds from governments, NGOs, foundations,
broadcast groups and private contributors which value broadcasting
as a public service.
- Consults
and advises on future training programmes and methodology.
