Who
We Are International Broadcast Training of Canada is an independent, not-for-profit, public interest training and consulting organization. We are dedicated to the improvement and advancement of public and private broadcasting throughout the world. IBToC provides one-stop, full service shopping for journalism, production, technical, management and programme development training. Our workshops are a precise balance of explanation, illustration, exercise and practice. All our trainers have professional broadcast backgrounds. Many are skilled in broadcasting with minimal resources. Individual trainers have proven track records with public and private radio and TV in North America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, Scandinavia, the Indian subcontinent and both Western and Eastern Europe. IBToC's most recent projects include training journalists at the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) and helping develop newsrooms at Canada and the world's first Aboriginal television network, APTN. |
