Feats by Category

There are well over 200 feats available to choose from. To make your life easier, I have categorized every feat available (some feats may appear in more than one category) and put summaries of them here.

I have also placed copies of your characters with their key stats and abilities (and what some of them will change to when you go up in level; these are in parenthesis) here so that you can look over your characters while you decide.

Think about what ability you would like to emphasize in your character. Or how your character has grown personally. Or what kind of capabilities your character is specializing in. Or would have been learning lately. Etc.

Once you've thought about those questions, select an appropriate feat category and peruse the feats within. You may need to look through several different categories to find what you're looking for. If you can't find something along the lines of your ideas, then call me. I'll either find it for you or, if it doesn't exist, we can make something up together.

The feats only include brief summaries. I can supply details of particular ones if you need more info. Also, don't forget to check the pre-requisites for the feat. If you don't qualify for the one you want, then maybe you can choose a pre-requisite so you can get the one you want next time.

Categories:

• Barbarian - Only a Barbarian character can use these
• Cleric - Only a Cleric character can use these
• Combat
• Defensive - Improve your defense in combat
• General - Miscellaneous benefit during combat
• Melee - Improve your offensive melee ability. Note there are also sub-categories to this.
• Special Attacks - Improve your Overrunning, Tripping, etc
• Two Weapons - Improve your ability to fight with two weapons
• Mounted - Improve your combat ability from horseback
• Ranged - Improve your combat ability with ranged weapons (bows, thrown axes, etc)
• Shield - Improve your combat ability with a shield
• Unarmed - Improve your unarmed combat ability
• Druid - Only a Druid character can use these
• Fighter - Only a Fighter character can use these
• Magic
• Item Creation - Ability to make magical items
• Metamagic - Manipulate the capabilities of your spells
• Miscellaneous - Miscellaneous abilities involving magic
• Spell - Improve your ability to use spells
• Miscellaneous - Random abilities that didn't neatly fit in another category
• Rogue - Only a Rogue character can use these
• Skill - Improve your abilities related to skills
