03/14/2004 Season's Help - Tax and Option Trading

As a tradition of Tsinghua Network, we organize a tax seminar before you have to file your tax return. This year, we invite a long time friend of Tsinghua alumni and a Silicon Valley insider, Mr. Nai-Yu Pai, to give us some advice on tax filing and entrepreneurship related tax consequence. As introduced below, Mr. Pai is a tax expert as well as financial advisor for startup companies. He will share some of his valuable insights on your tax and your company's tax planning should you plan to start one. If you are thinking about going back to China and wondering what does that mean to your tax return, you should attend this seminar.

Stop wondering how to use the money that Mr. Pai has saved for you, we have something else for you. We also invite an alum, Yunqian Qi, who has not only made a name for his trading skill, but also made a pretty good living by trading stocks and options. Recognized that trading is not for everyone, Yuqian will share some war stories of how he put things he learned from Tsinghua to use on Ameritrade, and making money.
