Perhaps it is best thing to do away with all the fantastical diets
that promise you the world. In the past during the stone age times,
life was much simpler and humans could survive on fruits and a little
meat.
Today we are spoilt for choice with different types of meat prepared
in carcinogenic ways. The recommended diet is one that is based
on commonsense.
Remember to always eat in moderation. Try to restrict intake of
fats-especially those from animal sources, and enjoy yourself by
taking a variety of food. Remember to take lots of plain water and
exercise regularly.
