News: Applications for Goldriders Open!
So, you think you can join the nonranks of Wayward Weyr? Great!
We have a GoldRider Plot! Lirac Weyr is looking for Goldriders, and the other Weyrs are wanting to review the wayward area. Create a goldrider old enough to take the place the current Weyrwoman. At the end of the RP session, we will be deciding which Goldrider Pairs go home and which stay!
Not interested in Goldriders?
Our character call is for the scandalous of Pern that couldn't make it anywhere else, the bumbling dragonriders, the ones who are naturally inept, or dishonest, fearsomely brutish, lazy, or liers. The riders who don't want to be a part of a group or community, and aren't afraid to say so. Riders without morals, those who are physically or mentally handicapped from one incident or another since they impressed, or the ones that are simply getting up in age. We have candidates that are here because other Weyrs have rejected them for one reason or another. Of course, there are the adventurous types that just want to see what Southern's all about, as well as the few true blue riders/candidates who think it's sickening how the rest of Pern is treating them and has come down to help because, after all, the creed is to protect ALL of Pern, bad luck or no.
Most Weyrs don't want many of these sorts. Our RP is begging for them.
We need dragonriders that have been around Lirac Weyr for a few turns, lower caverns workers and crafters, and possibly some adventurous who likely stop by Lirac Weyr on a semi-regular basis.
