Hi Everyone!
I've just read over my submission from last year - and it seems not much has happened from my side! I hope you've had newsier year than that.
My husband, Kevin and I still live near the coast of North Carolina with the younger of our two boys. Garrett is a junior in high school this year. Still hunting at every possible opportunity, and a brainiac on facts about geology, geography, chemistry, and biology - wildlife conservation and habitat management. Our older son Jonathan, who's 20, lives in Knoxville, TN. His current roommate is moving out at the holidays to get married; and Jonathan will gain a couple of new roommates around the first of the year - guys he has known since high school. He works outrageous hours, and still finds time to be active in his church, leading Bible studies, and participating in IHOP sessions.
Kevin also hunts a lot, but is limited by the freedom he can carve out of a busy schedule at work. It seems there's always a new application or product implementation to keep him on the edge of his Information-Technology seat. The upside (for me) is that he travels periodically to direct-reports in Italy and the UK. I will accompany him on that circuit beginning this Saturday after Thanksgiving, and I'm very much looking forward to the trip. Milan and Bergamo, Italy; Glasgow (Troon), Scotland (Susan, if I don't make contact with you before then, I will not miss Kelvingrove!) ; and Belfast, Northern Ireland, returning stateside on December 6.
