Jennifer Ellison is the baby of the group. She may be celebrating her 21st birthday on 30 May whilst creating culinary delights in Hell's Kitchen if she can deliver the expected posh nosh!
Leaving behind her fiance, Tony, in Liverpool, Jennifer is hoping her improved cooking skills will make up for their time spent apart.
Jennifer admits the most cooking she does is knocking up chicken nuggets, chips and peas for Tony! However, it was the preparing of lobster during training that thrust Jen under Gordon's spotlight...as revealed in the first show!
Despite her lack of kitchen confidence, it seems Jennifer is more worried about being apart from Tony and her friends and family than facing up to one of the fiercest chefs in the business.
Jennifer's acting career took off at 14 when she landed the role of teenage tearaway Emily Shadwick in Brookside.
A classically trained ballet dancer, Jennifer recently ventured into the world of pop with a cover of Transvision Vamp's 1989 classic 'Baby I Don't Care'. Jennifer will soon be seen on the big screen in Phantom of the Opera.
