BROS were the 80's teen-idol sensations who made their way into the history books as the youngest ever band to play Wembley Stadium wooing 70,000 swooning fans with their hits such as 'When Will I Be Famous'.
But in 1993, Matt and Luke decided to call it a day. Matt spent his time setting up a recording studio, painting and focusing on making it as a music industry businessman.
After giving the offer to take part in Hell's Kitchen a lot of thought Matt is looking forward to the culinary challenge ahead:
"I was quite worried at first because I didn't know what to expect. You only ever hear horror stories about Gordon's reputation. But he was an absolute gentleman during training."
Matt admits that he is not afraid of the kitchen and enjoys experimenting with his cooking especially one popular dish that his mates crave.
"The one dish I cook has lots of ingredients - garlic, onions, chilli, loads of bacon, whole cherry tomatoes, basically reduce it for about 2 hours and it gets very, very rich - my mates love it!" |
