After years of uncertainty, the Profiler fans have a chance of knowing who wrote the second season episode "Bloodlust". Follow the link to find out! This information deserves its own trivia space, so that's in there as well. There are also some updates on the cast's whereabouts, be sure to be in the know on that subject as well. A word about the DVDs to anyone who does not have a region one DVD player. I have been able to watch the DVDs on a player that has not been decoded to play region one discs. The player in question is Sony DVP-NS400D. So, it looks like the Profiler DVDs might be free of a region code. However, I do not guarantee this fact, I'm just sharing my own experience. If anyone else knows more about this or has made the same discovery, please share it on the message board. Finally, AMO and its web mistress wish all Season's Greetings.

Today is the official release date of the second season DVD. Go buy it and enjoy! I updated the episode trivia sections of "Cruel and Unusual" and "Venom".

I've added a link to Profiler episode transcripts page. I've updated the information on several actors' whereabouts. And, Amazon has now the second season listed in their site as a pre-order item. The DVD will be released November 25, and it includes cast biographies and a commentary track by profiler Pat Brown on the episode "Victims of Victims". I've also updated "Insight's" trivia section.

I've corrected some biographical data on Ally and Robert's bio pages. New links for Julian have been added, and his, Traci's and Roma's whereabouts have been updated on Where Are They Now?. Earlier this week, The Futon Critic reported that A&E are planning to release the second season on DVD during November. I have been unable to find a second source for the news, but I'll keep you posted.

It has been confirmed to me that the reason behind the omission of "I'll Be Watching You" from the DVD set is the Tuesday Knight's cover of "Every Breath You Take". Thank you to Jeff Shannon! And for those of you who didn't know, the DVD's release was pushed back by a month to July 29. Hopefully, the date will stick this time around. As for updates on this site, there's loads more information on Profiler actors' whereabouts in Where Are They Now? section. While there, take a peep at Bob Lowry's latest venture in the TPTB section. Some new bio information for Caitlin has arrived, as well as a link to her official website to the appropriate AMO departments. Also, a new trivia section has been added to "FTX: Field Training Exercise's" episode guide page.

I have updated my miscellaneous crew listing with "Insight's" crew information. Click here to find out in which television series Dennis Christopher has guest starred. And I hope you're aware of the upcoming DVD release of the first season on June 24. Special features include a commentary track by Ally and Robert on "Insight", a photo gallery, cast bios and an episode of American Justice dealing with profiling. An episode that will be excluded from the set is "I'll Be Watching You", for which I do not the reason yet. As of now, it's only a region one release (USA and Japan), so I guess us Europeans will just have to sit tight, or buy a player that plays region one discs.

(Back in business, only hoping that there are some visitors left... Well, it's sure been some hectic months in the life of Aino, but now things have calmed down and I can continue to update AMO, if not weekly, then at least a couple times a month. So on with the show.) I've added a quote to Sheik's bio, go check it out. Also, all the info you might possibly need on our Profiler actors and their whereabouts are now on Where Are They Now? section. And as soon as I get any news on the DVD release, I'll pass them on.

Also, some new trivia concerning songs used in the series. This time around, the featured episode is "Cravings". It has Dillinger's "Home For Better Days" song in one scene. A brand new section has arrived to AMO! Case reference files will hopefully give your Profiler world a whole new dimension. There I have taken trivia one step further and compiled short synopses of intriguing references from the show. I will add new files to it gradually. To start off, learn more about the death penalty, archangels and the I Ching. I corrected a quote from "Ring Of Fire" and trivia on "Otis, California", added a new promo to the AMO Spotlight, courtesy of "Ring Of Fire" and put up new weekly features. Keep profiling...
