  • The Marvel HomepageThis page takes a while to load, but it is worth it! great pages on Geneology, Victoriana, Civil War, as well as midi links galore and a soundtrack you won't be able to get out of your head!
  • More than Words Lady Shel has put together a great collection of pages, lots of midi's, wav's, gifs and all kinds of neat stuff
  • Marge's Florida Place Marge has a great site, with lots of Florida links, pages on gardening, birds and more.
  • Home Sweet Home This is one of the most unique sites I have seen on the web. Completely interactive, lots of doors to open, drawers to look in - wonderful. Check it out.

During my Net Surfing I have come across many pages which are full of backgrounds, bars, buttons, graphics etc. that are available for public use. Many of them are all originals. I am in awe of these talented individualsand only wish I was half as talented as they are. Well maybe I will be one day, and in the meantime, I will just continue to take advantage of their kind offers to use their graphics and such on my page.

  • Fairy Suriyana's Animated Gif Gallery Fairy Suriyana also has 3-D graphics, neon graphics and more
  • Software Labs Web Design Gallery Graphics programs to help you Do it Yourself and much, much more.
  • At Art This is an excellent site with lots of backgrounds, graphics and clip art.
  • The MousePad The MousePad has the cutest country homemade graphics!
  • Jane's Original Graphics More cute country graphics for your page.
  • Land of Enchantment Teri has put together a great collection of her original backgrounds and graphics.
  • PixelSight This is a great site where you can design your own graphics and titles, using their "Manglers" - start with a basic button, add some text or a graphic, change and manipulate on line!!
  • The Place for Graphics This is a very nicely laid out site with a good selection of original backgrounds, as well as tutorials for GIF construction, drop shadows etc.
  • Hope's Site Hope has a large amount of information on JAVA, HMTL, midi's. Be sure to check it out.

 The following are some of the resources that I have accessed in my quest for perfect HTML. I'm no expert by any means, but these resources are a great place to start.

  • The HTML Writer's Guild Homepage I am a member of the HTML Writers Guild. It is not for experts only, in fact it is perfect for the person just starting out with HTML, gets you started the right way. Lots of resources available to members, as well as mailing lists tailored to your particular interest.
  • Netscape's Complete Guide to Creating Web Pages As the name suggests, this is a very good place to start - links include "the Beginner's Guide to HTML" and "Frames, An Introduction"
  • Guides to Writing HTML Docs Good resource, everything you need from beginner to advanced, from Web Mastery
