Who among you has given K Mart the right to decide whether we live or die? |

The safety of our customers and associates is our first priority. As an added precaution during this national crisis, Kmart temporarily removed firearms and ammunition from its sales floor September 11th. Stores were instructed to return firearms and ammunition to the sales floor September 12th. This was a reply to a letter I wrote asking Kmart what was up. |

Actually this is a copy of the letter I sent Kmart. This is the second time this year that you have decided (mistakenly) what is good for America. What kind of lunacy is running Kmart nowadays? When America is faced with the possibility of an armed attack, YOU decide to stop selling arms and ammunition. What would possibly motivate you to possibly endanger YOUR customers, if not America. Yes I realize we have not yet encountered ground troops, but is your intelligence community so well staffed that you knew we weren't going to be attacked. There is NO possible reason to purposely endanger YOUR country. That is exactly what you did. Someone at your corporate offices needs to get in touch with the community, find out what your customers want not what some media wantabe demands. In the event of a true emergency, what will Kmart do? If we have a flood, you will stop selling floatation devices because someone might float away. If we are caught in a mudslide, you might stop selling shovels and buckets because someone might strain their back. The courts have said it is not the fault of a retailer that sells an item in good faith and the customer later uses those goods for other than the intended purpose of the items. In other words, You are supposed to supply goods to America, not decide what we don't need. Due to the spineless nature of Kmart corporation, I am launching a boycott against you. Stopping the sale of handgun ammunition was bad enough, but this latest fiasco is the last straw. |

I am asking everyone that reads this to send an email to the link below. Let them know you disagree with their tactics and let them know you will be joining the boycott. We will not let terrorists bring down this country and we will be damned if we will let them do it. kmartccn@kmart.com |
