DAY 11: SUNDAY, AUGUST 28th (Continued)

Fished awhile after supper,- stewed prunes, fried potatoes, blueberries, bread, and tea,- Fred and I each caught a bull-head.

Beautiful night. Are feeling bully, though tired. Think we shall retrace our course on Tuesday to the further end of the Sweeney carry, camp there for the night, go down to Tupper on Wednesday via the Raquette River, and go home Thursday. Bed 9:00 P.M.

--Distance today,- 15 miles.
