As usual, I am back looking at this site. You folks sure do a nice job. I found the school pictures of two of my Uncles and an Aunt in the 1912 school pictures. Brought it to the attention of an Indiana cousin who can now see a picture of her Dad when he was from four to six years old. Thanks for all the hard work. Cuz Leroy

I'm enjoying your creative site! I am just beginning to look into the Kearby/Kirby family in early Pittsylvania and Albemarle Co.'s VA- about the same time or earlier than your earliest folks. Believe some were Quakers. Do you know if you have any Quaker roots? Have you read Virginia Settlers/English Adventures by Noel Curr(i)er Briggs ??

Am related through Ida Neumann Parrot's ancestors. Do not think I am related to the Taylor's presented here, but I cannot trace Abel Taylor who had 2 wives, Elizabeth and Orinzo Amanda. He worked on the railroad, settled partly in Jefferson County (Rome, WI) and permanently in Eau Claire, WI. He seems to be a mystery in how he or his family arrived from England.

Hello, I've visited your site a number of times before, have contributed some information regarding the earlier years, in NC and VA, of our Tuttle line, and am coming to you now for some help. I've recently been in contact with a woman, Rhonda Tuttle Domchowski, who lives on the west coast I believe, who says that Peter Tuttle, Senior came to Maryland from Salisbury, Wiltshire (according to her father), who says he read it in a book written by "Edith Absher". I have to assume that she is referring to "My Tuttle Family" by Edith Asher Gray, who is listed in the descendancy chart on this site. Does anyone have access to this book who is willing to do a look-up for me on this? To my knowledge, no one knows Peter Tuttle, Senior's point of origin prior to 1680 Maryland, outside of just "Great Britain". I've been actively researching several possibilities, found one good one in Axbridge, Somerset: Peter Tuthill, born May 25, 1664 to John and Dorothy Tuthill. Have found nothing on Salisbury, Wiltshire; this is the first I've heard of this. Any information on the above will be greatly appreciated... if indeed Edith Asher-Gray's book contains reference to Salisbury, Wiltshire, it would also be important to know her source or sources. Best Regards, Michael Tuttle

Many thanks to Leona Headley for placing her family tree on the web. It has provided the information I needed to prove that my husband, Ralph Edgar Cobb, is a 5th Great-Grandson of Ventner Cobb. I am excited to be able to build on this information. I would love to get more GEDCOM's to help with this. Otherwise, my hands will become very sore from entering a family tree that is so extensive. :)

I have his many hundreds of descendants in a GEDCOM file which I will gladly donate. Can I also get a copy of the Hubbard side of your files?

We just happened onto this web site. We are very interested in our family tree. We are not real coputer savy, so we don't really know what we are doing just yet. We would like to purcahse one of the books of the family tree if that is possible. We really don't know a lot about our family, as the older people that we knew when we younger are dead and gone and there ia not a lot of information about left that we know about. Hope we learn more about our family history with your help. You may write to us at: 3615 Old Hwy 63 Speedwell TN 37870 Thank You
