| CONCLUSION: In this final report, we generally tried to gather detailed information about the nonprofit organization Alumni Society of the Faculty of Political Sciences. We obtained useful and detailed information about our organization. We talked face to face with the some of the members and conducted detailed research in the Alumni Society of the Faculty of Political Sciences Library. The detailed information presented in this report consists of planning and decision activities, organizational and environmental analysis and organizational structures. Different planning types are defined and the planning processes are presented. The decision-making processes are defined about different subjects. The organizational structure is examined; composition and tasks of different organizational levels are presented. As a conclusion, we can state that Alumni Society of the Faculty of Political Sciences is a traditional organization and the management style of this organization is not a contemporary one. However this is not a problem since the mission and the vision of Alumni Society of the Faculty of Political Sciences do not require a modern and flexible organization. |
