| PEST ANALYSIS An Organizations behavior may be affected by the changes in its environment. In PEST analysis, environment is examined from different aspects; · Political Environment: Although Alumni Society of the Faculty of Political Sciences does not take part in political arena; it is greatly influenced by political changes since the members of the organization mainly work for government and public services, which means that the organization has strong relationship with political environment. Moreover organization always has a critical point of view in political matters and believes that one of their responsibilities is to guide the community. At some periods when the democracy is interrupted by some factors, Alumni Society of the Faculty of Political Sciences gives the struggle for the democratic rights and liberty by influencing the society in these subjects. · Economical Environment: Changes in the economical environment does not affect the Alumni Society of the Faculty of Political Sciences much since the organization is a non-profit organization and does not have any profit motive. Organization's financial position will be explained later. · Social Environment: Since Alumni Society of the Faculty of Political Sciences is a non-government organization; social environment has great effect on the organization. Organization has social activities in cooperation with other non-government organization such as ball, theaters, conference, seminar, sport activities, exhibitions and book publishing. · Technological Environment: Alumni Society of the Faculty of Political Sciences is not affected by the changes in the technological environment greatly. |
