| INTRODUCTION In this IE 404 Term Project, we were asked to research the Non-profit Organization from a managerial point of view. As a Non-profit Organization, Alumni Society of the Faculty of Political Sciences was chosen among the others because of some advantages. These advantages are as follows; first of all Alumni Society of the Faculty of Political Sciences is a rooted and settlement organization, second it is a well respected organization in the society, and last due to the location of the Organization the communication and the transportation can be done easily. When we visited Alumni Society of the Faculty of Political Sciences and talked with the Directorate of the Association, we realize that it is not easy to distinguish the Foundation of the Mülkiyeliler from the Association. Therefore we decided to consider Mülkiyeliler Foundation and Alumni Society of the Faculty of Political Sciences as a whole in our study and analyze both of them. |
