Why do the Aliens bother with the humans & the Earth at all? by Sizzling Saucer Lady Sept 16, 2002 EARTH—During a strange converstation with a strange human, who refers to himself as Standing_in_the_door, the following question came up: Why do the Aliens bother us [humans/the Earth] at all? Humans seem to be preoccupied with this question. While humans should fear aliens, they don't seem to know why they should fear aliens. Standing_in_the _door came up with some plausable answers to the question. His original illogical ordering of the questions has been kept. Each plausable answer will be discussed below. Do they want our water? Do they want our entire planet? Have they ruined their own through neglect and now want ours? Has a cosmic catastrophe ruined or is one about to ruin their planet? Do they want us for slaves? Do they want us to perform manual labor? Do they want to have sexual intercourse with us? Do they want us for food? Do they want to perform medical examinations on us? Did they hear Elvis was here? And now for the answers: Do they want our water? Yes. Earth has water in abundance. Aliens have a fondness for water. Do they want our entire planet? Yes. Have they ruined their own through neglect and now want ours? No. Aliens are not as thoughless and neglectful as humans. Has a cosmic catastrophe ruined or is one about to ruin their planet? No. Cosmic catastrophes happen everyday in the universe. Since aliens already have advanced interstellar travel capabilities, the damage to their civilization would not be devastating. Therefore, a cosmic catastrophe would not a direct reason for coming to Earth unless to witness it happening to Earth. Do they want us for slaves? Yes, some aliens do want humans as slaves. Some aliens want humans dead. Some would like humans as pets. Very few aliens consider humans to be equals. Some don't care one way or the other. Do they want us to perform manual labor? Yes, some of the aliens who would like human slaves for manual labor. The type of manual labor would depend on the alien. However, most human slaves end up on latrine detail. Do they want to have sexual intercourse with us? Most aliens would find sex with humans abhorrant. However, there may be a very few aliens who have fetishes involving humans. I really doubt that a human would survive a human/alien coupling encounter. Do they want us for food? No, humans are a detestable form of food for aliens. Most inedible. A human could compare the dislike to escargo or sea urchin. Very few aliens eat human anymore, except for the reptilian aliens. Do they want to perform medical examinations on us? Yes, if only to mess with a human's fragile state of mind. Did they hear Elvis was here? Yes, even aliens without ears must of heard of the great king Elvis. And now for the true answer to Standing_in_the_door's question: Why do the Aliens bother us at all? Answer: Because they can. They are superior beings; they know more; they know best. Most humans cannot accept this reasoning. It is too simple an answer. (I know that Standing_in_the_door's head exploded and became a guerrilla in the midst when I gave my answer.) Humans must put a complex human spin on the reasons, and therefore humans fear aliens for all the wrong reason. At least, the humans fear aliens. And those who don't, soon will.
