Earth may be destroyed before aliens can invade EARTH—Humans seem to destroying the Earth faster than expected. The planet was beheld as a jewel of the universe becauce of its abundant natural resources. According to intergalactic law, no alien race may invade or colonize a planet before the indiginous sentient species has a chance to defend itself—a Stage 3 planet. However, there is a loop hole due to destruction of the planet by its population. The Galactic Regents have declared the Earth to be a Stage 2 planet. Any and all alien races looking to take over, colonize, or destroy the planet, better do it soon.
