Crystal Portal

  Natural Rock Crystals can stimulate the energy levels of everyone in their vicinity.  This leads to a spiritual quickening and raises our level of consciousness.  The energy flow of crystals will appear to ebb and flow with the phases of the moon, reaching a peak when the moon is full.  They also readily respond to loving attention.

  For thousands of years different peoples throughout history have used rock crystals in their temples and as adornment for their bodies.  Scryers have used crystal balls to divine the future.  Today in modern times they are used in everything from Radios, T.V.'s, Microwaves, Watches, Lasers and the list just goes on and on.  We as wiccans use them for a much more spiritual purpose.

• CRYSTAL BALL:  Has long been known to posses the ability to reflect visionary patterns for those who are gifted in this manner. (Should your visionary ability be activated only when you close your eyes, then the crystal ball will serve no purpose).

• MASCULINE CRYSTALS (very clear crystals): Will provide a positive, much clearer outlook upon life.   Aiding in the release of pent up emotions.  So if you have a lot of confusion or your life is clouded by emotion, use this type of crystal.

• FEMININE CRYSTALS (cloudy or opaque):  A cluster of these crystals will accelerate intuition and clairvoyance.  When you have a tension headache, use a single female crystal for relief.

• SMOKEY QUARTZ: When you want to seriously acquire full fourth-dimensional awareness or attune to your Greater Self.

• AMETHYST QUARTZ:   Helps to aid in the healing process.  It's an invaluable aid when you are trying to counteract the effects of negative thoughts such as, fear or apprehension.

• ROSE QUARTZ:  Is for Love and beauty.  Rose quartz enhances it's wearers beauty and magnifies their allure. Wear a heart shaped rose quarts to draw Love to you.

• TOURMALINE: Is great for balancing several areas in your life.  It absorbs negativity and keeps it away from you.  It enables it's wearer to concentrate on any subject for longer periods of time, which is perfect for job interviews because it removes nervousness.   Tourmaline will change color when you are in danger.  And through your dreams it can inform its wearer of future events.

• CITRINE QUARTZ:  It's useful to the body as a whole.  It brings undisturbed sleep and removes fear at night.

CLEANSING:  The crystal should be immersed in natural Sea Salt for about a week, and then rinsed in cold, clear water.  From this point on do not allow others to handle your crystal.  They can subconsciously impregnate it with their own thoughts or desires.   Resulting in you having to clear it all over again.

ACTIVATING:  Picture a pure white light flowing into and throughout the crystal, surrounding it in Loving light. And projecting the thought that it work for the greatest and highest good.

PROGRAMMING: Natural quarts crystals are known to posses the ability to record and retain memory of any thought pattern that is fed into them.  For those who wish to remember their dreams or sleep activity, a female crystal should be selected.  Now use the mental image of a blackboard upon which the words are written "record all dream activity" and project this image into the crystal with all the loving feelings you can.  Place the programmed crystal under your pillow, making sure you activate it by stating "record all dream activity ".  If upon awakening , your dream seems vague.     Simply place the crystal in your right hand and command it to" release all dream memory patterns"   If you like to keep a dream diary then write the details down immediately because once the details have been released from the crystal they will be lost too you.

HEALING ANIMALS:  If you place a quartz crystal and an amethyst, at opposite ends of the room, your animal will lay closest to the one that can do them the most good.  You can tie a small bag with a crystal in it, around  your animals neck to promote healing.  Use a clear quartz to stimulate activity, and a cloudy quartz will help calm them.

TREATING PLANTS:  Place a quartz crystal near your plants or bury one in the soil up to where the faceted point begins.  You will see a significant difference.  You can also place one in the watering can to energize the water.
