KIM CUT AMIDST CHAOS
Conflict between the remaining girls gets more intense this week, with Bre taking revenge on Nicole for something she may or may not have done and Kim getting drawn into the middle of their clash. The escalating arguments continue even between the panel evaluations and deliberations as the girls wait to find out who will be eliminated. In the end, Bre's questionable behavior lands her in front of the panel beside Kim, but Kim is the one sent home because her photos are a bit lackluster compared to those of the other girls.

PECKING ORDER
Those left in the house are all stunned that Lisa was eliminated in panel; Kim even says she was certain Lisa would make it to the top three. The girls are distracted from their shock later when Tyra Mail arrives: "Find out the pecking order at 7AM." No one quite knows what to expect from the mysterious message. The next morning they're met by Jason, a fashion stylist, who takes the girls on a tour of different sculptures around London. The point is to consider art and sculpture from the model's perspective, taking into account the effort sometimes expended by a subject. Jayla had never before thought about statues and those posing for them; "You fall out of your pose the tiniest bit, and you can completely ruin something."

Jason leads the girl to Regent's Park, where they find Miss J. standing "in full-on freeze mode" atop a pedestal. When J. comes out of his posing trance, he reveals the challenge: to pose in a similar fashion, ignoring all external influences. He adds, "You will be judged on statuesque poses, focus and concentration." Jason will choose the winner, who will receive a huge shopping spree. Once the posing gets going, the girls' focus is tested when the pigeons come out to play, fluttering around wildly, landing on shoulders and heads. Nicole is clearly opposed to having the birds near her, screaming when she's "attacked," while Bre simply looks resigned to having a bird on her head. Nik hardly flinches when the birds come up to feed from the scales that are part of her costume.

THE SKIRMISHES BEGIN
Once the challenge is complete, Nicole's complaining begins anew, and Bre is irritated as Nicole relives her pigeon experience. "Her voice is so annoying. It's so sharp and alarming," Bre says later, and Nicole demonstrates just that by shrieking her reaction to the birds repeatedly. "My hair stands on end when she talks," Bre remarks, "and I don't feel like it's a conversation."

Soon, the verdict is in, and Miss J. reveals that the shopping spree is worth $15,000, and the winner will get to take two friends along. When Jason calls Nik's name, she is thrilled to win her first competition. She chooses Bre and Jayla to accompany her, but the spree won't start yet. Instead, the girls head back to the hotel to chill out. Bre isn't feeling well, so she tries to get some rest. Nicole doesn't make it easy, though, talking loudly and jumping on the beds for her own amusement. Nicole is unsympathetic: "I know [Bre] thinks I'm loud and obnoxious, but I don't care. Just because you're having a bad day and you're grumpy and angry and all the time…. I'm still going to have fun and be happy.

That night, war breaks out when Bre discovers someone has taken some of her food without asking. Her first thought is that Nicole is the culprit. In retaliation, Bre takes all of Nicole's energy drinks and pours them out into the sink. Kim spies her returning the empty cans, and follows Bre back to her room to find out what's up. On the other hand, Nik tries to stay out of it, focusing instead on herself.

In the morning, Bre, Nik and Jayla get whisked away to Harrods in a Rolls Royce, and Nicole awakens to find her drinks gone. "I don't even have the energy to get mad…. I just want these people to leave," she cries to Kim. After these events, Kim is sorry she ever apologized to Bre back in Los Angeles.

KIM IS NO SWITZERLAND
Meanwhile, the girls at Harrods are treated to a major VIP shopping experience, with ten grand and a personal shopper allotted to Nik, and five grand to be split between Jayla and Bre. Nik is thrilled to be able to pick out and actually buy whatever she wants; it makes her feel like she's made it to the big time. Bre enjoys the retail therapy as a distraction from the drama going on between everyone at the hotel.

Later, everyone comes together for the photo shoot for Olay Quench body lotion. Jay Manuel reveals the theme for the day: re-creations of classic art with a modern twist. Kim will enact the Birth of Venus, Nicole will be in the Girl with the Pearl Earring, Nik will be Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man, Bre will be the Mona Lisa and Jayla will be Whistler's Mother. Twiggy emerges to introduce them to the man who changed her life in 1966, photographer Barry Lategan. He took the first famous photo of her, and today, he'll be shooting the girls as modern versions of the classics.

Before her shoot, Kim makes a tactical error by asking Bre to pay Nicole back for the drinks she poured down the sink. When Bre refuses, Kim is disappointed, because she doesn't want more conflict. Bre is furious, and she doesn't want to talk about it with Kim. Jayla observes that Kim "got herself stuck in the middle of it, so she kind of drew herself into the problem she was trying to fix." Kim tries to stay focused, but "Bre's anger is just a bit out of control…. She just loses it and gets angry, and it's a little bit scary."

STRATEGY OR STRATEGERY?
During Kim's shoot, she has trouble relaxing her hands and making them elegant as she steps out of her modernized shell on a tiny patch of sand in the studio. "Unfortunately, she couldn't find any grace within her stance," Jay later says. Jayla is sure her pose will be a piece of cake: sitting on a chair and staring out into the distance is something she can definitely do. Nik concentrates on holding her athletic pose for her shot, and Barry later comments, "She held her arms in the most gymnastically coordinated way. She was completely in touch with every extension of her body." Jayla's sharp take on Whistler's mother really works for Barry. "She brought a modernity to [it]; she captured [it] beautifully."

As Nicole is getting ready for her shoot, Kim brings up the granola bar conspiracy to Jay, who listens to the story with a knowing expression. He explains that sometimes when competition gets heated, people can go a little over the edge. Nicole feels that Bre deliberately antagonized her before the photo shoot, a tactic Bre repeats when she and Nik stand in Nicole's line of vision during her shoot and try to distract her. However, the attempt is unsuccessful, because Jay later says, "Nicole did a much better job than she has in past weeks, and she didn't let this whole kerfuffle affect her photo shoot."

After the photo shoots are over, Nicole decides to confront Bre about pouring her energy drinks down the drain. When she directly asks Bre to pay for what she took, Bre refuses to do so, doing her best to put on a chilly façade. Nicole is confused, saying she didn't take any of Bre's food, but Bre doesn't listen to a word she says, closing off completely. Even when Nicole says that what she did was stealing, Bre disagrees: "Stealing is taking things and you don't know who took it and you never see it again. I didn't steal it. You know where it is." Nicole later says, "You're just kind of a mean person…. If that's the kind of person you are, I'm glad I know that now."

TRUCE? ARE YOU KIDDING?
Elimination time arrives once more, and the girls meet with Tyra and the panel, including guest judge Barry Lategan. The judges' test for the week involves the girls holding a one minute "stoic" pose, while all the judges act crazy to try and break their composure. Bre tries her best as Tyra squirts water at her, Twiggy dons bunny ears and Miss J breaks out in tears, while Nik cracks a smile at Nigel's funny clown hair and Twiggy's bubble blowing. The same goes for Jayla as Miss J reveals some devastatingly large teeth, but Kim holds her pose even as Miss J gets up into her space with some sexy dancing. Nicole has the toughest time as Tyra gets up on the desk and does a little wiggling booty dance, dropping her arms in resignation at the end.

Evaluations begin with Nicole. Nigel thinks she handled herself pretty well during her stoic pose, but Miss J reminds her of how terribly she did with the pigeons the other day. Her portrait comes out beautifully in Twiggy's eyes, but Tyra says that she didn't have many great shots to choose from. Nik did the best stoic of all of them, even though she didn't have a good idea of what stoic really meant. Her Vitruvian Man goes over beautifully; Barry loved what she was able to do with her body, while Twiggy is pleased to see such a gorgeous face-forward shot for the first time. "You have to look at this picture and realize how gorgeous you look straight on," Nigel tells her. Bre is next, and Nigel admires her African Princess look in her recreation of the Mona Lisa. However, notes from Mr. Jay reveal that Bre demonstrated some classic "Showgirls" behavior because she may feel some insecurity around Nicole. Bre immediately denies the accusation, saying she was extremely professional. Tyra pushes the envelope further, asking Nicole her side of the story, then interrogating Bre about what she did. Bre finally admits her guilt. When Tyra relates a similar story from her own experience about such retaliation, Bre admits what she did was wrong, but she doesn't apologize for it.

The evaluations continue with Kim, who did not crack once during her panel competition. Though her photo doesn't wow anyone, Barry relates what he was trying to accomplish through the imagery. When Nigel notices that Kim is wearing some of the same jewelry that she wore in the shoot, she says that she bought it (in other words, she didn't steal it). Tyra applauds her honesty. Bre is downtrodden and tearful, commenting to Jayla quietly, "I just want to go." Jayla did the worst in front of the panel, but her Whistler photo is beautiful and poised. However, Mr. Jay's notes remind Jayla that when he asked her to practice posing before her shoot, she blew him off.

TO THE VICTOR, THE SPOILS
Shockingly, while the girls wait for the next elimination, Bre explodes in anger and takes her rage out on Kim. Though Kim begs Bre to not let her anger take over, Nik stays out of the fight while Nicole defends Kim. Bre continues to rail on Kim's "ugly" personality, while Kim wonders why Bre is the only person who sees that ugliness. The tension is worse than ever.

Meanwhile, the judges deliberate, and Jayla's still in for Miss J. even though she's fading on Nigel's radar. Nik has climbed higher and higher on Twiggy's list, making massive improvements. Tyra thinks Nicole is the kind of girl who was born to be a model, while Nigel says no to her less than stellar abilities as a spokesperson. Twiggy really likes Kim's quirks, while Nigel thinks she'd fit with the models he sees every day. Tyra loves Bre's picture, but her behavior during the panel really grated on all of the judges, especially because she escalated the confrontation.

Once the final decision is made, the girls file in, and the first name Tyra calls is Nik, followed by Jayla and Nicole. Kim and Bre step forward, and Tyra tells Kim that while the judges love her energy, her photos are a little lackluster. Tyra then tells Bre that she knows why she's standing there, and it's not because of her retaliation against Nicole. It's really about how she handled herself in the panel room. "Do you want to go home?" Tyra asks Bre. When Bre says no, Tyra hands her her picture and eliminates Kim, much to Nicole's dismay. Bre breaks out into hysterical tears, and Kim embraces a tearful Nicole.

Kim is disappointed with the way things turned out, but she looks to the positive side of things. "Even though I've been eliminated, I know I've become a really good model though this process. It's always hard when you feel like you lose to someone who has betrayed you…but I'm going to get past it." She's also confident in her newfound expertise: "I've learned everything I know about modeling from this competition. I started with nothing, and I came out with great skills as a model."
