Yesterday I had written a message to groups essentially saying that it's three strikes and you're out. It was going to be the third Friday in a row that I was stood up.

Two weeks ago it was Vinnie, kid lives down the interstate said hewas coming and then NO SHOW. Waited and waited, and when he finally got back to me said he get headaches after a car accident he had and had been in bed all day. Right.

Then a week ago was all ready to meet with Lennie, and at the last minute get the note from him saying "I'm not going to continue with this activity in my life." Right, couldn't he decide that after I whack at his butt.

So this Friday was supposed to be Rick from this group. Said he was interested in coming over. First time. And then at the last minute he's telling me he'll only have so much time, then he won't be able to come at all. Well, I had just about given up. Three strikes! Nobody wants to whack at Bill's butt. Is that to much to ask for? But then another message from Rick saying there's still a chance he could come by, won't have much time, and you know he's married we gotta be careful about bruising.

So what do you think is gonna happen? Well, it did. Rick shows up, about on time, usual RonDeVoo spot. No time for idle talk, we're on a tight schedule. Down to my basement. Good looking guy, used to taking, used to getting this from women. Says he can take a lot but we gotta be careful about bruising, don't want the wife to question. So we play my little card game, just to get us going. All the paddles and straps all lined up. Maybe he's wondering what he's getting into, but you know, I think he's getting into it. Takes his swats well and gives some good solid ones too. Check the butt, and check the butt again. Nice solid butt. Can handle quite a bit. Although he's watching the time, I think he pushes his deadline back a little to keep the game going. Maybe I got a convert. Gave me encouraging feedback. Glad I met this guy.

Two strikes and then we'll call it a home run.
