WEAVING A SPELL
The reason that I stress the word WEAVE in reference to spells is because through this type of work, you become interwoven with the fabric of the universe or elements.  Spell weaving allows you to become one with the creative force, the Goddess and God. When you weave a spell, it is beneficial to open yourself to the creative energy that flows through each of us. That is the basis of effective magic.  To begin, write down the goal you wish to achieve. Be clear and precise about this. Don't give dates and times of when you would like your spell to manifest. A spell is like a flower (refer to my FLOWER SECTION). It grows at its own pace. Instead of forcing, simply know that by weaving the spell, you have begun the process of change (refer to my INCENSE SECTION). After you have written down your goal, begin to choose appropriate correspondences. For example, if I wanted to create the conditions in my life so that I could be married, then I might choose the planet Venus (refer to my ASTROLOGY SECTION), the color green (refer to my COLOR SECTION), and the herb hibiscus as components to the spell. I would also know to cast my spell on Friday during a waxing Moon (refer to my MOON SECTION). Be creative with this process. There are no real "set" rules to spell weaving other than matching up correspondences.
Next, choose a candle based on the color you've selected. On the day (refer to my MAGICK DAY SECTION) that corresponds to your magic, cast a magic circle. Once you are within your sacred space, use a sharp knife to inscribe your goal onto the candle (refer to my CANDLE SECTION). Surround it with the corresponding herbs (refer to my HERB SECTION) and stones (refer to my STONE SECTION). Next, it is important to raise magical energy. Some people use dance or drumming. Other people create chants that are associated with their goal. Choose a method that works for you. While you are raising energy, close your eyes and visualize your achievement of the goal. Again, there is no set rule for how much time it may take to raise and direct the psychic energy. Use your intuition to guide you. At some point you will know that you have raised sufficient energy. When you have, focus intently on the goal, touch your candle with both hands, and release that energy into the candle. Light the candle and know that your goal will manifest .

SIT HERE, MY LOVE, SPELL:  (refer to my 550 Herb listing Section)
If you are interested in someone romantically, make a small talisman by using a pink or red thread to bind love-inducing herbs such as myrtle, rue, apple blossom, mimosa, magnolia, rye, rosemary, and primrose in a small swatch of cheesecloth. As you tie the talisman, visualize it drawing to you the interest and attention of your romantic interest, and chant: “By my will this charm instill, the love in another that I will; when the power of this charm is set, may the flame of interest be lit.” At the last possible moment, place the talisman under a place where your intended will sit, and wait for the charm to work its magic. One word of warning: Make sure the right person takes that seat or you could be for an interesting evening of unwanted adoration.

AUTUMN LEAF SPELL:  (candle section)
Write a secret wish upon a fallen leaf. Use a leaf with red colors for a wish pertaining to matters of love, sex, passion, or health a gold colored one for wishes involving money a brown one for protection a purple one for healing an orange one for energy a yellow one for confidence, attraction, or persuasion a green one for fertility, success, or good luck. Fold the leaf in half (or roll it up) and seal it with a kiss. Using the flame of a white candle, set the leaf on fire. As it burns, visualize your wish coming true for you. But be careful what you wish for because you are likely to obtain it!

SPELL TO ATTRACT FRIENDS:
Traveling is often a very lonely activity. When away from home, use this spell to make friends or to keep at bay anyone you need protection from. Carry a lodestone or a magnet with you and imagine yourself having the power to attract and repel. When you meet a stranger, touch the stone and quietly chant the following: "Pure at heart, come my way. Black at heart, stay away."

RAINING FORTUNE SPELL:
For a shower of good fortune, buy a small child’s plastic boat, either red or gold in color. Place it in water attached to a string, and draw a circle around it with your hand, saying: "Oh goddess Benten turn the tide,
Let fortune find me and reside. Circle me with your great power, Good fortune on me shower. Drizzle a bit of clear water or gold sparkles on the boat. Take it home and place it on your altar and continue to “shower” it every now and then. Benten is the Japanese goddess of the seas and luck, called upon by both sailors and gamblers.

STANG RUNE SPELL: 
Runes may be used in spell work to form words or to evoke images, and thus enhance energies. To empower a stang (a two or three-pronged staff used as walking stick and portable altar), pass it through a fire and sprinkle it with the symbols of the elementals: salt, smoke, flame, and water. Engrave on the stang the symbol of possession, the rune Ethel (o). Beneath it, create a monogram of your craft name. Next, place the symbols of the Lady and the Lord, the runes Beorc (b) and Os (a), at either side of your name. Then connect them all with the symbol of endurance, the rune Eoh (c). Finally, decorate other portions of the stang with the symbols of protection, the rune Thorn (u), and joy, the rune Wynn (w).

LEAVE ME ALONE SPELL:
There are times in our lives when we need, more than anything, to be alone. By the law of irony, these periods are often when we are also most popular. This spell helps add a temporary “leave-me-alone” aura to your persona, so you can have the peace you deserve. Start with a
crystal and black cord. Visualize the crystal creating a shield around you, and carry it in your pocket. Wrap the cord around your waist, leaving a tail on the end. Cut the end of the cord, saying: "From this time and from this place, Temporarily I claim my space. To be alone and free from others, There is just me and the Great Mother.
So mote it be!

THREADS OF NATURE BRACELET:
The ancient Chinese recognized five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. Each was represented by a color: blue for wood, red for fire, yellow for earth, white for metal, and black for water. Weaving a bracelet out of thread, yarn, or ribbon of the five colors helps the universe function harmoniously. These bracelets are especially popular with children. As you braid the colors, contemplate the cycles of nature by repeating: “Wood prevails over earth. Earth prevails over water. Water prevails over fire. Fire prevails over metal. Metal prevails over wood.”

LIFE EVERLASTING LONGEVITY SPELL:
To have a long life, with minimal illness, keep the life everlasting plant, GNAPHALIUM POLYCEPHALUM, in the living areas of your home. Even if you have suffered illness, bringing this plant into the house will help restore youth and vigor. Every morning look at your life everlasting plant and say: "Illness flee and pain be gone. The life I live, may it be long."

RUE & VERVAIN PROSPERITY BAG: (refer to my 550 herbs)
To make a powerful prosperity pouch, obtain a rue plant and a vervain plant from a local nursery. Make a small pouch of bright red velvet, cotton or silk. In this red bag put coarse sea salt. Stitch the pouch closed. Then form a larger red bag with a drawstring of red cord. Into this bag, loosely place the little pouch containing the salt, some rue leaves and some vervain. This bag will bring you both prosperity and protection.

GAMBLERS CHARM:  (refer to my 550 Herb listing Section)
Take a devil's shoestring (root used in Voodoo a lot) and cut it into small pieces. Put them in a jar and fill it to the top with whiskey and camphor. Seal the jar tight and anoint it once a week with  three drops of lavender oil. Before gambling, take a piece of the root of the jar and rub it between your hands while commanding it to bring you good luck. Carry it in your purse or pocket as a good luck or money drawing charm when you gamble and then return it to the jar after you have collected your winnings. You must have the ultimate belief in both the power of the devil's shoestring and yourself or the root will NOT work its magick.

GREEN SPELL:
Green is the color of money. To make some extra money, evoke a little sympathetic magic by having a totally green day. Wear green clothing, eat green salad, make purchases only with cash, and buy a green plant. Think green all day, and green will come your way.

HEALING SUN CHARM:
This charm calls upon Apollo, the Greek god of the Sun and healing. Lay out a six-inch circle of yellow cloth, and place a small piece of amber in the center of it. Sprinkle two teaspoons each of bay leaves, chamomile flowers, marigold petals, and rosemary leaves, and a pinch of cinnamon on the cloth, and say: "Golden Apollo, God of the Sun, I call upon power, To bless this healing charm. Imbue it with your strength and energy So that it shall heal and restore me. Blessed be. Tie up the bag with some gold thread and always keep it near you.

UNWANTED VISITOR SPELL:
To get rid of unwanted visitors you should place a broom by the front door. If you can, make a small sweeping  motion as place the broom, and if you can do this without being noticed. This will speed such people on their way and give you some peace of mind.

WARRIOR SPELL:
During the third or tenth hour after sunset, take one mandrake or bronze fennel root, and pass it through incense smoke and a candle flame. Then sprinkle with water and salt, saying: “I consecrate this root by the powers of the elementals that it may be cleansed and purified to aid in my work.” Set the root on a pentacle, saying: “Little man, listen to me. I’ll dress thee and keep thee in my company, that thou turn aside harm from my fighting man, that he return safely as soon as he can.” Wrap the root in red cotton yarn. Raise energy and direct it into the root man, saying: “In the eye of Mars, by the fires of fury, let my warrior be steadfast, safe-kept, and victorious.” Wrap the root in a red cloth and hide in a safe place. Keep it there until the warrior returns, then unbind the root and bury it. 

A RITUAL TO HONOR THE MOTHER GODDESS:  (refer to my goddess Page)
Place a white female-shaped candle at the center of your altar and arrange fresh flowers around it. This candle represents the Mother Goddess. Anoint it with three drops of frankincense and myrrh oil, and then light it with a match. After casting a circle and calling forth the guardians of the four elements, gaze into the flame of the candle, raise your arms in a traditional Witch's prayer position with palms turned up, and say: "Mother Goddess most ancient. This Witch's circle is consecrated to Thee. You are the giver of life: all that has been, all that is, and all that will be. This candlelight ritual I do perform in Thy honor. You are the eternal and infinite queen of the gods and the greatest power on earth, She who commands all that is the universe. Praise be to Thee, O Mother Goddess. This is my will, so mote it be."

FIND A LOST OBJECT:
If you’ve lost something and have nowhere else to look, hold something similar to the lost object and say: “If I were a wallet (or other missing object), where would I hide?” Then go to wherever your hand moves you.

MOJO FOR LOVE:  (refer to my 550 Herb listing Section)
To attract love, fill a red or pink flannel or chamois mojo bag with some Venus-ruled herbs (such as catnip, mugwort, or yarrow), a heart-shaped piece of sun-dried lemon peel, a piece of red or pink coral, a lock of your own hair (or a clipping of your pubic hair if it is sexual love that you desire), and any of the following roots of love magick: Adam and Eve root, Beth root, ginseng root, John the Conqueror root, mandrake root, and Orris root. Seal the bag; consecrate and charge it; and then wear it daily on a white string or gold chain around your neck. To keep the magick of the love mojo potent and to prevent any negative influences and vibrations from hindering its powers, you should anoint the bag once a week on a Friday evening with 3 drops of pink champagne or rose oil, and then pass it through the rising smoke of burning patchouli incense.

TO GAIN LOVE:
Your cauldron should be on your altar between two pink candles. Inside the cauldron itself, place a magenta candle. Light a love incense and the pink candles. Tap the cauldron three times with your wand and say:
"One to seek him/her, one to find him/her. One to bring him/her, one to bind him/her. Heart to heart, forever one. So say I, this spell is done. Tap the cauldron three more times. Light the magenta candle to speed the spell on it's way. Best done during the waxing moon.

FROM THE PAST SPELL:
Are you in love with someone from your past? If you want them to find you, place dried rosemary and tansy in a sachet around your neck. Wear it under your clothing close to your heart for three days. At dusk, empty the sachet of dried rosemary and tansy into a running stream while calling out to your lost love. As the herbs drift away, imagine your message is being sent to your lost love. Chant, "O love lost, find your way back to my heart," until you cannot see the herbs any longer.

HENBANE LOVE POTION:  (refer to my 550 Herb listing Section)
Most Witches today no longer work magically with henbane due to its poisonous attributes, however, in the days of old it was reputed that Witches (especially those of male gender) often used certain parts of the henbane as magickal ingredients in love-stimulating potions. But in order for the henbane to work properly, the Witch was required to gather it in the nude at sunrise while balancing on one foot. Why the henbane had to be gathered in this curious fashion is a mystery. Warning! Henbane is poisonous and should not be handled without gloves or ingested and the smoke produced by the burning plant creates toxic fumes that should not be inhaled!

VISUALIZATION FOR JOB INTERVIEW SPELL:
Add a sachet of comfrey and sage (both sacred to Jupiter) to your briefcase. Then before you leave for that interview, try this visualization: Sit in front of a mirror, preferably full length, in your business clothes. Pretend you are the employer, looking at the employee. Visualize this person doing the job that needs filling; see him or her doing it well, being an asset to the organization and making the boss proud. Now say out loud: "This is a competent person. This is a professional person. This is a perfect candidate for this job." Then smile at yourself in the mirror, get up and go get that new job.

BANISHMENT STIRRING SPELL:                     (refer to my solids section)
If you need to banish something from your life, prepare a pot of soup. Draw a banishing pentagram in the soup, then stir nine times counterclockwise, saying: "Blessed Lord, gracious Lady, hear my plea. Remove (what needs banished) from me. For the good of all, with harm to none; once this is eaten, the spell is done!" Eat the soup. If it is an interpersonal conflict and you have the other persons permission, share the soup.

WARDING DOOR CHARM:   (Refer to My RUNES MAGICK Page)
Take two pieces of beading wire and twist them to form EOLH rune. Then, thread some amethyst or malachite chips onto the rune shaped wire, when you have covered the wire, cap the ends with enough hot glue to form a knob, preventing the chips from falling off. Affix this rune to your door and envision its protective energy keeping all negativity at bay.

SPELL FOR MENTAL INSPIRATION:
To increase your general feelings of inspiration, during a waxing Moon anoint a yellow candle with vanilla oil and roll its in a few teaspoons of thyme. Light the candle while chanting: "Muses hear my call, inspire and enchant me. When at last I am infused with new ideas, may I have a fresh perspective." Let the candle burn down completely.

CHANGING A DARK MOOD: (rants and raves section)
If you find yourself caught in the midst of a dark mood that you can not shake, try this spell. While holding a cup filled with water, speak all the dark thoughts that come up into the water. Continue doing this until you cant think of anything more to say. Pour the water out into a river or onto some dirt, thus allowing the Earth to take your dark mood away. Then, holding a second cup of water, speak all your gratitude's. Start by thanking the Earth for taking your dark mood away. Continue until you cannot think of anything more to say. Then slowly drink the water, imaging the great things that you have spoken flowing into your life in abundance.

TO BREAK THE POWER OF A SPELL:
If you believe that a spell has been cast against you, place a large black candle in the cauldron (or a large black bowl). The candles must be tall enough to extend a few inches above the cauldron's rim. Affix the candle to the bottom of the cauldron with warmed beeswax or the drippings of another black candle so that it will not tip over. Fill the cauldron to the rim with fresh water, without wetting the candle's wick. An inch or two should remain above the water. Deeply breathe, meditate, clear your mind and light the candle. Visualize the suspected spell's power as residing within the candle's flame. Sit in quiet contemplation of the candle and visualize the power flowing and growing within the candle's flame.  As the candle burns down, it's flame will eventually sputter and go out as it contacts the water. As soon as the flame has been extinguished by the water, the spell will be dispersed. Break your visualization of the spell's power; see it explode into dust, becoming impotent. Pour the water into a hole in the ground, a lake or stream. Bury the candle. It is done.

FIERY LOVE SPELL:  (refer to my 550 Herb listing Section)
Create or find a charred stick. You will also need a few dried rose petals and a piece of paper.
Using the charred part of the stick as you would a pencil, draw two inter-linked hearts on paper as you visualize yourself enjoying a satisfying relationship. Draw with power. Hold the rose petals in your projective hand and send fiery, loving energies into them. Sprinkle the petals over the linked hearts. Do this with power. Wrap the package around the petals. Still visualizing, throw the package into a fire. (Or, light it in the flame of a red candle & throw into a heat proof container.) As it burns, the power is released.

CLEANSING HOUSE RITUAL: (Incense section)
To cleanse a dwelling place, first burn a good cleansing incense, like frankincense or sandalwood in the home while you prepare for the rest of the ritual. You should have in addition to the incense, a candle, a bowl of salt water and a bowl of herbs. I particularly like to use rose buds for love, lavender for preservation, rosemary for protection, and any other sweet-smelling ones that appeal to you personally. If you can get them home-grown, so much the better. You should proceed around the house, widdershins (counterclockwise) and cleanse the area with the salt water. Be sure to get each corner, window, door, drain, etc. Simply sprinkle a little salt water on each and ask that any evil or disruptive influences leave the place. When this is finished, proceed around the house deosil (clockwise) sprinkling the blessing herbs and invoke whatever deities or properties you wish on the home, such as peace, prosperity, tranquility, etc. Use 3 candles on the central altar. Blue, symbolizing tranquility, green for healing and prosperity, and purple for protection. Others might be pink for love, or brown for hearth and home. You and anyone who is to share the home with you should share food and drink, and don't forget to leave a little of the food and drink to take outside and return to the Earth that which has been given.

BASIC LOVE SPELL:
Take three cords or strings of various, pleasing pastel colors- perhaps pink, red, and green- and braid them tightly together. Firmly tie a knot near one end of the braid, thinking of your need for love. Next, tie another knot, and another, until you have tied seven knots. Wear or carry the cord with you until you find your love. After that, keep the cord in a safe place, or give to one of the elements- burn and scatter the ashes in the ocean or in a stream.

SPELL TO CLEANSE CRYSTALS: (refer to my CRYSTAL MAGICK Section)
Fill the bathtub or a large basin with room temperature water. The temperature is very important, as too cold or hot water can cause the crystals to crack. Next, add one cup of salt to the bathtub, or about 1/4 cup salt if you are using a basin. Gently place your crystals in the water and let soak for at least an hour. Use a toothbrush to scrub any dirt or grime from the face of the crystals. After you drain the water, rinse the crystals in lukewarm water and then, if possible, set them in sunlight to dry.

POSITIVE COMMUNICATION BATH RITUAL:
If you are looking to increase your communication skills, you may choose to cast this bathing spell during the waning moon. Toss a handful of table salt and a single black onyx into your bath water and chant: "Wash all mental blocks with this stone. All negativity, all that has hold on me, banished be; my thoughts flow clear and free." Immerse yourself in the bath completely nine times. Allow your body to dry naturally, then bury the stone or release it into a body of water.

HOME PURIFICATION RITUAL: (Refer to my oils section)
When you feel negativity building up in your home, or the occupants are not getting along with each other:
Use Sandalwood, Dragons blood or (if you can stand the smell) Patchouli Incense. Make certain that you carry your censer or a stick of incense into each room. I usually use this in conjunction with a chant and meditation. It's also a good idea to sprinkle sea or kosher salt on the carpet, then vacuum it up immediately after the ritual.

CHIMNEY CHARMS:
A fireplace chimney provides a gateway for energy to enter your home. Keep the fireplace clean to discourage negativity. Fairies use the smoke-hole of their mounds as an entrance. You can call on the fairy folk to ward off negativity from entering your home through the chimney by placing a figurine or picture of a fairy on your hearth or mantel. Also, while a fire is burning you may want to send a protective charm up the chimney along with the smoke by tossing a sprig or two of dried lavender or rosemary into the flames. Medieval spells for protection called for a toad to be hung upside down in a chimney. Placing a figurine of a toad on your hearth will suffice.

The Revealing Peel
To find if the one you love will become your spouse, do the following.  In the morning, as soon as you arise, peel a small lemon. Keep two equal pieces of the peel, each about the size of a half-dollar. Place the pieces with the insides together and the peel sides out, and put them in your right-hand pocket or in your purse. Leave them there all day. At night, when you undress for bed, take the peel from your pocket or purse and rub the legs of the bed with it. Then place both pieces of the peel under your pillow and lay down to sleep. If you dream of your love, then you will surely marry him/her

RETURNING A HEX BACK TO THE SENDER: (Goofer Ball)
Take soft warm paraffin wax and roll into a ball imbedded with black headed pins, broken glass, baneful herbs, reversing oil, binding runes, etc. When it is done roll the goofer ball across the persons yard. It's best if it lands in a place where it won't be discovered such as in the bushes near the walkway or foundation of the house. 

MONEY SPELL:
On the first day after the New Moon set up your altar with your consecrated tools, cast a consecrated circle and begin to build a cone of power. Take a Green candle, anoint it with money drawing oil or fast luck oil, light money drawing, success or fast luck incense, then scratch your name into the candle with a pin. On a white piece of paper write down your needs and desires with green ink. When you are done put the piece of paper under the candle holder. Light the candle and sit quietly while concentrating on your needs. When you are done put out the candle. Continue this for seven days. At the end of 7 days put a silver coin and the paper anointed with oil in a mojo bag with money drawing herbs. Carry the bag around with you. Dispose of the candle remnants in the "proper" magickal guidelines.

TO REVERSE NEGATIVITY or HEX SPELL: (candle section)
Visualize all blocks in your life-path being removed. Anoint a purple candle with Rosemary oil. On a piece of white paper write the following in black ink: All blocks are now removed. Fold the paper three times. Light the candle and burn the paper in a bowl, ashtray, or any fireproof dish. Invoke the power of fire and its elemental spirits by repeating three times: Firedrakes and salamanders, aid me in my quest, protect me from all evil forms, turn back the negativity being sent. After the third repetition say: So mote it be.

TO BRING FORTH RAIN:
Sky of wonder, Sky of might, bring forth the rain of the night, Take a hand full of new salt, throw it towards the sky when there are a few white puffy clouds, and light a new White candle, and say the following: "Hear the voice of distant thunder, See the light of awesome wonder, I call the elements of Earth and Sky to bring forth the rain that makes us alive. I call for rain, so mote it be."

WHITE CANDLE SPELL FOR BLESSING:
Get a white candle (pillar or taper) or figural one in the gender of the person you want to bless. Carve the person's full name on the candle, then dress it with Blessing Oil or Holy Oil. For more power, you may place a name-paper of the person, or a photo, or some personal item of theirs (such as a bit of hair or clothing) either under the candle or next to it. One easy way to do this is to place the paper or personal concerns under an overturned saucer and put the candle on top of the saucer. Burn a portion of the candle every day for seven days, pinching it out between burnings. As you light it each day, say this "[Name], may you be blessed May all good things come to you May nothing whatsoever harm you May your heart be light May your travels be safe May your health be good May your mind be sound May your friendships sustain you * May you be blessed in every way * If you have a special request for this person (such as that they find a lover, get a good job, come home safely from a war, or whatever), just add it to the list.

TO CAUSE SOMEONE TO CONTACT YOU SPELL:
In African-American hoodoo, there is a belief that the use of black candle tobacco (twist tobacco, not flaked) is effective in this regard. Folks may soak it in whiskey and then sprinkle a bit of the liquid and the tobacco in their mail box to draw a letter, on their phone to draw a call.

POTENT LOVE SPELL in a CUP: (tea)
To cast this love spell, during a waxing Moon make a cup of herbal tea by placing in two mugs a heaping teaspoon of tea made from crushed and blended hyacinth, peppermint, grated lemon peel and clove (refer to my HUGE HERBAL LIST). Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg and a few drops of vanilla extract. Fill the mugs with boiling water. Place the two mugs side by side and stir clockwise while switching back and forth between mugs. Keep the liquid in both in constant motion as you chant: " By this brew, three times three, a drink for two I wish with thee. When my face you look and see, love will come forever to be." As you share this with the person whose heart you wish to capture, make sure you are the first person he or she sees after you both sip the shared drink.

CHICORY BREAKING BARRIERS SPELL:  (refer to my 550 Herb listing Section)
Chicory provides you with the tools to overcome obstacles or to retrieve something you need. Break off the stems of chicory and rub the juice over your limbs while thinking of a barrier you want to break through. If you need to retrieve something, chicory can provide both invisibility and lock disposal. To craft the charm, the chicory root must be gathered in utter silence during Midsummer at one of the two high points of the clock, noon or midnight. Use a gold knife and chant: "As eyes glance my way, they see me not. They turn away." Use the empowered root to break the lock by holding it against the keyhole.

SPELL TO MAINTAIN CONTACT AT A DISTANCE:  (refer to my 550 Herb listing Section)
Sleeping with a packet of calendula flowers, althaea leaves, and a few star anise seeds under your pillow is said to draw communications from a distant person through the medium of dreams. This means you will dream of them, not that they will necessarily dream of you. It is recommended as a good way to ascertain the state of health and well-being of someone you miss and may be unable to contact directly.

TO PREVENT NIGHTMARES SPELL:
Place a glass of water out at your bedside before you go to sleep. In the morning empty it into the toilet. Rinse the glass out three times. Do this every night, not just when you are having nightmares. Burning Benzoin incense in the room will raise the vibration of the room, and keep most negative spirit influences away. If you were born with the Sun in Gemini, you are susceptible to this kind of influence every lunar month. (Statistically, you are more susceptible than the average person.) You should note what sign the moon is in when you have these nightmares, and be certain to clean your room physically the day before the moon enters that sign. This, using the night water, and burning incense will be of some assistance to you.

TALISMANIC PROTECTION ON A JOURNEY:
Take a piece of Comfrey Root with you in a red flannel bag on your travels and you will always find pleasant situations along the way, meet helpful friends and strangers, and readily locate good food and safe places to sleep. This talisman appears to me to be derived according to the Doctrine of Signatures, as Comfrey Root will sprout and grow wherever it is tossed on the ground and needs no special treatment -- it finds a safe home anywhere.

An herb jar to enhance your powers, physically, psychically and mentally. It may be used before commencing rituals involving scrying, mirror evocation, summoning, trancing, or dream-work. Fill a jar with a mixture of the following: Cinnamon (for dream magick) [also draws money] Nutmeg (for good luck) [also draws money] Allspice (healing) [also draws money] Ginger (lunar magick) [also increases energy] Basil (protection) [also for a happy home] Fennel seeds (spiritual healing) [also for psychic abilities] Garlic (spiritual purification) Marjoram (protection) Sage (spiritual purification) [also for wisdom] Cloves (protection) [also draws money] [White or Yellow] Mustard seed (protection) Before you do any scrying -- of any kind -- inhale the scent deeply and shake the jar gently.

COMPELLING A LIAR TO CONFESS:
If you suspect someone is a liar but are not sure, get a purple candle, and dress it with Compelling Oil. Write the person's name on a piece of parchment parchment or brown paper nine times and cross and cover that name with your name nine times. Place the paper under the candle and burn it for seven days while the moon is waxing. Each night you light it, call the person's name and say, "I compel you to tell me the truth!" On the seventh night wrap the left-over candle wax in the paper and throw it away in running water (river, lake or stream) or at a crossroads. He will be compelled to tell the truth and may confess to many lies.

RELATIONSHIP ENDING SPELL:
Here is a handy spell to end a relationship. You will need to know your astrology symbols -- 1)  Get a black piece of paper. 2)  On this black paper at the top of it you want to put the signs for Pluto, the Moon, and Saturn, on the paper, in black ink, at the top. 3) At the bottom put a pentagram (five pointed star) upside down, also in black ink. 4) On one side of the star put your birthday, on the other you put your partner's birthday, also in black ink. 5) Burn the paper. As you do so shout "NAI-KAM-MO" 6) Mail the ashes to the person. (Only do this spell once a week until that person leaves.)

A SPELL AGAINST THIEVES:  (refer to my CRYSTAL MAGICK Section)
To cast a spell of protection against thieves, first hang a painting or a photograph of eyes (the bigger the better) in a prominent place in your place of business. Then, mount two quartz crystals behind the eyeballs, and charge them with energy during the waxing Moon. Post this sign near the merchandise that tends to walk out unpaid for most often, and say: “Who steals a thing from here, no matter how small, walks out with a weight that’s huge. The price is high to you though you think it’s free; for you leave behind your honor and pride and honesty.” Finally, when you see someone suspicious enter the shop, imagine that you are Mercury, god of thieves, and look at them until they see you looking.

A SPELL TO GET OVER SOMEONE: (refer to candle section)
you will need: 1 red candle for strength, two white candle for healing, a piece of paper with the persons name written on it. Now begin by placing the two white candles left and right from the red then you light the red candle, left white, then right white candle while you are chanting these words; "I burn thy name so it shall be
cast out of my memory, (name of person) your name is as cold as ice to get over you would be nice this spell works best midnight during a full moon.

A SPELL TO GET SOMEONE TO AGREE WITH YOU:
Light a pink candle for love and a blue candle for healing on a Friday evening. Say the following incantation:
"Please (name of person), do think again. May the consequence heal my pain. Grant my request to me and you'll see, The good in your heart set me free. Bless you." Snuff the candles out after casting your spell.

TO BIND AN ANNOYING PERSON:
Take a piece of paper and write the name of the person that is to be bound on a 3"x3" piece of paper, using a black ink pen or a pencil.  While you do this visualize the face of the person on your mind. When you have written the name cross it with an inverted pentacle (5 pointed star within a circle). Fold the paper twice and take a rubber band and tie the paper with it. Raise it to your temple and chant three times the following: "To be protected from you, This magic charm I will do, With this words I bind thee, For you to let me be, To be protected from your harm, I now seal this charm". Now place the paper on your right shoe and slam your foot on the ground nine times (doesn't have to be so loud that everyone hears it) As you slam it the ninth time say: SO MOTE IT BE.

BLOWING IN THE WIND SPELL
On a windy day, take a piece of BLUE ribbon & tie one end to a Tree branch. Focus on the ribbon blowing in the wind & say the following - "Blow laughing winds from North and South, from fairy lands and East to West, I'll be happy as I say send me magic every day," Leave the ribbon tied to the branch for as long as you see fit.

THE WITCH HANDSHAKE
Extend your right index finger and lightly touch the wrist of the person exactly where the pulse is felt by touching the pulse it throws the acquaintance completely off his balance for just an instant , but in that instant plant an initial thought, ( example : I am the one you desire )

NEW BEGINNING SPELL
Just before sunrise, go outside with some heather & a feather. Face East, light incense,  hold feather in hand while concentrating on the new day ahead as a new beginning. Say the following - " Flight of feather, Scent of Heather Give me Cleansing With this beginning! " Blow feather from hand & let the wind carry it away. Watch the sunrise & feel its rays cleansing you for the new day ahead. It is done.

BRING SOMEONE CLOSE SPELL (candle section)
You will need - bowl of water, Pink candle & Come to me oil or incense. Anoint the candle with the oil, or burn the incense. Set the candle in a bowl of water, ensure that the water comes no more than 3/4 the way up the candle. Light the candle Stare at the flame & visualize the person coming from afar to find your love. MAGICK BELT
Most people think that a belt is not magickal, but it can be found as a handy and valuable tool, especially when you have limited space. Herbs can be attached with a bit of yarn, your tools can be stored and hung in small pouches, If you just like the feel of this idea you can make one by simply braiding three colored cords ( these colors should represent the threefold aspects of the goddess for example: red-black-white ) You can also hang Goddess symbols such as seashells, feathers bells on it. Simpler still is taking a three lengths if string and knotting them together at intervals, between each interval you can add elemental images Finally this can be worn with your robe

BATH FOR CALMING ANGER (candle section)
Light a pale blue candle next to the bath. Pour some oils into the water. Submerse yourself and relax, visualizing your red hot anger cooling because of the cool, refreshing blue water. The fire is being put out and you feel at peace. Say: "Anger, I command you, GO! Calming power, through me flow."

UNDO A SPELL
Take a  hand-held mirror and  turn around with the mirror reflecting outward and say: "Mirror of reflection, Mirror of protection, May the ( say what spell it was ) spell I cast, Be now in the past. So mote it be"

Make a small pillow with velcro fastening, & Mix the following ingredients in a bowl - 1 cup mugwort, 1/2 cup rose petals, 1/2 cup German chamomile, 1/2 cup of sweet hops, 1/3 cup lavender buds, 1/3 cup catnip crushed, 1/4 cup peppermint. Fill the pillow with the contents of the bowl, close the pillow & enjoy sweet dreams!

Fill your bathtub with water and scatter some fresh rose petals in it. Light some vanilla candles and/or incense. As you lie in the water, meditate on the image you would like to project and say these words: "Earth, Air, Fire, Sea Let the Goddess' beauty Shine through me"

Chant this while in the woods, a forest, or other secluded place: Faery Folk, Faery Folk, Faeries & the Fee Give me the sight so that I may see I come with a light heart feeling happy & gay, Show yourself to me on this day

1 handful of talcum powder . 5 drops rose oil . 5 drops sandalwood oil . 7 drops lavender oil . 1 tsp. powdered cardamom seeds . 1 tsp. powdered allspice (pimento) . 1 tsp. Crushed & dried lavender . 1 tsp. Crushed &dried rose petals . Mix all ingredients together, visualize a warm pink light building and radiating out from the powder. ANXIETY SPELL
Ingredients: White radish, Cucumber. The white radish is a high-energy vegetable ruled by Mars. Mars is the creator of strife. Sometimes the deity who rules a problem must be appeased in order for the problem to be alleviated. If you feel stressful in the evening and are having trouble relaxing, take a white radish and peel it as far down as you can. As you peel away the layers imagine the layers of stress being peeled away. Gather the peels and toss them into the garbage along with your problems. Peel the skin off a cucumber and slice it lengthwise in half then cut across the middle to create four quarters. Salt the cucumber quarters and eat all four. Cucumber is ruled by the moon and is known as a vegetable of peace. Salt is a purifier and will also help to remove any excess stress. You should feel much more relaxed by the effects of this spell. WHISPERING WIND SPELL (candle section)
This is a spell to use if someone is bothering you or if you have a strong, unfulfilled desire.  Ensure there is a slight breeze blowing. Light a yellow jar candle and take a few minutes to meditate on your desire or problem. Open the window and whisper your problem or desire, asking the angel of the east to hear and respond. Let the wind carry your words to the east. Burn the candle down whenever you are home until it is burned out. An answer should come to you within one Moon cycle.

LOCATION SPELL   (refer to my 550 Herb listing Section)
This is a spell to find anyone, anywhere. You will need 4 Blue Candles, A goblet filled 3/4 of the way full with water, One of these incenses - Camphor, Hyacinth, Jasmine, Lotus, Mesquite, Myrrh, Sandalwood, Tamarisk, or Thyme and A quiet, undisturbed place. Put the 4 candles around you - one north, one south, one east, and one west. Light the candles and the incenses you have selected. Sit in the center of the candles, facing the west. Put the goblet in front of you. Invoke the water element. Relax into a meditative state. After you've gone into a hypnotic state, take your middle finger and 2nd finger on your positive hand, and swirl it around in the water clockwise 4 times, starting with the west side and ending with the west side, while chanting " Let the water reveal to me the location of (Person's name). Let the water show me where he/she is." Repeat this 4 times. Then stare deep into the water and see the vision of the person you have asked to see.

COURAGE SPELL

HEAL PHYSICAL PAIN SPELL:  (refer to my CRYSTAL MAGICK Section)
You will need a piece of amethyst (as clear as possible), or a piece of Fluorite. a good visualization skill. Sit in a quiet place and clear your mind of everything you can. Take the amethyst (or fluorite) and hold it in the hand that is closest to the hurt. If the pain is in the center of the body hold it in your writing hand. Imagine a soothing light collecting at your feet and draw it up slowly towards your head filling every part of the body. Whilst doing this say silently the following verse: "bright light, shining light heal my hurts with all thy might." Repeat this as you move the light up through the body. When you reach the top of your head expand to fill outside the head with light for about a foot. Then return to where the pain is most concentrated, push all your healing energy into this area. If this doesn't work the first time then repeat. You should feel better soon. To end the spell repeat the verse again but finish with "so mote it be".

A KISSING SPELL: (Magickal Terms section)
Take a red color lipstick and draw a lip print on a piece of  white paper , then take a red candle and burn the paper while chanting  : kiss me when we meet , Kiss me {mention persons Full name } Greet me with your lips  and say you missed me . But most of all kiss me . Don't forget to visualize the person you want to kiss you, and conjure love.

A SPELL TO GET WHAT YOU WANT:
To get what you want, take a horse shoe and put it around a red candle. Put the candle in a darkened room in the middle of a table. Write what it is you want on a piece of paper with a quill pen dipped in black ink. Chat the following as you write. What I want I write here . Please take my dream and bring it near . What I want Is What I should get . Let all my dreams Now be met . now take the paper and fold it in a square of four creases . hold it over the candle with a pair of tweezers and let it burn. Picture yourself with your wish fulfilled as you burn the paper send waves of love at the image you conjure of your self.  WARNING:  WATCH WHAT YOU ASK FOR!

TO MAKE YOURSELF INVISIBLE SPELL:
Here is a spell to make you less noticeable, this spell may not work for some people depending on experience. First of all, visualize a white or black light (which ever one is more suitable) and visualize yourself inside that light, now picture that light getting blurry and taking in the colors of the objects around you, now see
yourself getting blurry or being sucked into the light and the light taking the form of the objects around you until you cannot see the light. your eyes must be closed for you to do this.

APPALACHIAN MONEY RITUAL:
According to an old prosperity ritual from Appalachia, you should select a night between the New and Full Moon to hide a one dollar bill outside your front door without telling anyone. Visualize the amount of your money growing. Early the next morning remove the dollar from the hiding place and put it in your pocket. Carry it with you all day and don’t spend any money for the next twenty-four hour period. This ritual ensures money will keep coming into your life and that you will hang onto it. A good time to perform this ritual is New Year’s Eve. In this way, you will attract money to yourself during the coming year.

TO BREAK A HEX AGAINST YOU: (candle section)
Are things happening to you that you can't explain? Well maybe someone's put a hex on you. Here's a spell to undo what's been done! YOU NEED: black candle, water and a black bowl. Place the candle into the black bowl. Fix the candle to the bowl using the wax drippings from the candle so that it stands alone. Fill the bowl to the rim with fresh water without wetting the wick. Breathe deeply and meditate for a couple of minutes. When your mind is clear, light the candle.   Visualize the power of the spell cast against you as living within the candles flame.  As the candle burns down, it will splutter and go out as it touches the water. As it is extinguished by the water, the spell is broken. Finally dig a hole into the ground and pour the water into it and then bury the candle.

LOTUS LOVE SPELL:  (refer to my 550 Herb listing Section)
To find out if the man you love returns your love, carry two pieces of lotus all day, one in each pocket. At night place one piece at the head of the bed and one piece at the foot. If the man loves you, he will appear to you in a dream. This spell may be tried for three days in a row, but not more. You must then discard the lotus and wait one full month before repeating the spell.

PICTURE POWER SPELL:
To display a photo or other type of picture is an act of magic, for photographs preserve the power of memory. The photos you keep affirm your connection with people, places, or the person you were at some time in the past, and every time you view these images, the connections are reactivated. To preserve the magical moment captured in a photo or to invoke the power of an ideal expressed in a picture, write the following words on the back of the image, or on a separate piece of paper to be inserted into the frame behind it: “Time through time, bid time return. Likeness of life, through power of art, eternally young.” To further fix this spell, you can also draw symbols such as hearts, flowers, and the infinity symbol, or attach colorful stickers, to the back of the picture or paper.

A PENNY FOR LOVING:
To smooth the path of a rocky relationship, Visualize you and your mate enjoying happy times, giving full attention to your love. Pour this energy into the penny that you hold in your projective hand. Then toss the penny over your right shoulder into a well while saying: "Coin of the realm, metal of Venus,  Ensure that naught will       Come between us. Strengthen our love, This magical day, This is our will And this is our way."   Note: This will be affective only when both parties are attempting to improve the relationship.

TO MAKE YOUR MAN PASSIONATE IN BED SPELL: (candle section)
Write his name on a red phallus candle, stroke it 9 times with musk oil, and then  pass it through the smoke of musk incense. Light the candle once a day, letting it burn 1/2 an inch each time. When the candle is finished, wrap it in a piece of red satin and keep it under your bed for one month.

A PROTECTION CHANT FOR SPELLS:
Here is a protection chant to protect you from evil, you should do this before and after doing spells. Visualize your self sitting in the middle of the pentagram facing upwards with 3 circles of purple light round you
and say:  "Protect me with all your might oh goddess gracious day and night" say it three times then end it with "so mote it be" another version of the same spell just different words is: "Thrice around the circles bound sink all evil to the ground"  say it three times and end it with "so mote it be". 

SPELL TO OBTAIN LOVE FROM A SPECIFIC PERSON:
At night time light a small fire in a cauldron or what ever you have available to contain the fire. Cut out a piece of paper that is 3 inches by 3 inches. Draw a heart on it and color it in with red. Write the name of the name of the person that you desire on the heart. While doing all this be thinking of this person being attracted to you and not being able to resist you! Think of his his or her heart burning with desire for you just like the flames of the fire. Then kiss the name on the heart 3 times. Place the paper in the fire while saying these words 3 times. Do so with utmost sincerity: "Fire come from below, bring me love that I do know, make my heart blaze and shine, to bring the love that will be mine!" Soon my love will come a day, three times strong and here to stay!"  "SO MOTE IT BE!" Stay and meditate on the spell you just did, seeing it come true! After you are finished concentrating for a few minutes, extinguish the fire. Soon your love will come to you.

TO BANISH ANGER SPELL:  (refer to my CRYSTAL MAGICK Section)
This spell is performed beside flowing water. Anything from a small stream to a mighty river will do. Ground and center as in other spells. Cast a circle by imagining a glowing circle of light surrounding you. Take a black stone and cup it in your hands. Raise it to your forehead, concentrating all of your anger and projecting it into the stone. Throw it as hard as you can into a body water, saying: "With this stone, Anger be gone. Water bind it, No one find it. Ground or earth the power you drew upon at the beginning of the spell and open the circle.

SLOW GLASS SPELL:
When someone yells at you, or asks you a question you’re not prepared for, you can become easily flustered. This is the perfect time to shut up and try the Slow Glass Spell. The idea comes from a science fiction novel about a kind of glass which allows light to pass through only very slowly. An image entering one side wouldn’t be seen on the other until many minutes, or even years, have passed. Imagine, therefore, a thick plate of slow glass between you and the other party. Time moves normally on the opposite side, but the glass makes time move slowly on your side. The other person’s words and actions come through at a snail’s pace, so impatience, thoughtlessness, harshness, and so on hardly pass through at all. You have all the time in the world to make a response.

LIVING QUARTERS CLEANSING SPELL: (candle section)
To cleanse your new living quarters, light a white candle and your favorite incense, and place them on a tray with a bowl of water and some salt. Start at the front of the house and go from room to room. In each room hold up the candle, and say: “Element of fire, cleanse this room with your energy.” Hold up the incense and say: “Element of air, cleanse this room with your energy.” Sprinkle the water and say: “Element of water, cleanse this room with your energy.’’ Sprinkle the salt and say: “Element of earth, cleanse this room with your energy.” Feel the positive energy flowing everywhere. Repeat as often as needed.

JUPITER MONEY SPELL:
If your bills have grown lately, or if you have a big balloon payment coming due, take a brown or black balloon. Hold it in your hand and contemplate your financial pressures. Inflate it, sending into it all of your anxiety over finances, saying: “I’m blowing away my money troubles today!” in between breaths. Then, tie it somewhere you can see it everyday. As the balloon deflates, your anxiety over finances will diminish through paid bills and unexpected extra money. And if your problems are too intense to wait for the balloon to deflate, fill the balloon, take it outside, then vigorously pop it with a pin.

ROOM CLEANSING SPELL:  (refer to my 550 Herb listing Section)
To cleanse a room, during the eighth hour after sunrise or the third hour after sunset place the following items on a tray: one sprig of white heather, one lit white candle in a holder, lit frankincense in a holder, and a bowl of blessed water (salted and consecrated). Take the candle and the incense and walk around the interior of the room saying: “By fire and flame, by smoke and scent, I drive from this room all chaos and dissent.” Asperse the water around the room using the sprig, sprinkling the baseboards, walls, cornices, and floor saying: “By water and salt, by herb and flower, peace and contentment return in this hour.” Take the tray out of doors and say: “Follow the light, follow the scent. Into the earth and into the air, energies gathered here I now vent.” Blow out the candle, bury the incense, laying the sprig and pouring the water on top.

CELTIC CROSS SPELL:
Making the sign of the cross acts as a protective spell, even for non-Christians, because it uses the powers of the four elements to act as a shield and barrier. As a variation of this gesture, you can draw a Celtic cross over your solar plexus (bad energy often goes straight to the stomach) when you have to deal with hostile people. To effect the spell, draw your fingers across your upper and lower abdomen to make an equal-armed cross. Repeat this motion several times, while visualizing a shield of protective energy building in front of you. Then, rub your palm around the area in a circular motion until you feel more relaxed. If you have to confront negativity on a regular basis, hang a Celtic cross on a very long cord, and wear it beneath your shirt, positioned about your navel.

SEA LIFE DIVINATION:
As you look out at the moonlit ocean at night from a high point of land, look for areas on the ocean which might seem a bit brighter than normal. Try to imagine why these concentrations of power are present. Quite likely the light is due to the presence of one or more water elementals. Gaze softly out at the light and eventually visions will come to you.

POWER RAISING SPELL:
Often, practitioners of magic need to raise power. You may want to do this inside a cast circle during a ritual, or while meditating or walking outside. It requires no props or material components, and no special preparation. It is simply an entreaty to the gods and the universe at large to dispense power in your direction. Repeat this simple chant over and over again until you have as much energy as you need: " Give me, O give me, A touch of magick. A kiss of magick, the bliss of magick!"  You can use this spell to increase the general amount of magic in your life.

BLUE MOON WISH SPELL: (refer to my MOON section)
During a Blue Moon, it is an opportunity for you to make a wish. To do so, get two different colored candles and light them. Write down your wish, but also speak it out loud. Tell the candles and the cosmos what you want and why you want, need and deserve it. Create a simple affirmation that you can chant as you burn the paper and let the smoke carry your wish to heaven (or hell). 

TAROT SPELL for CLARITY:
Begin with an oil that is not to floral or spicy and anoint a pale blue candle from the center outwards, concentrating on your situation. In a quiet place (no interruptions), light the candle. Hold in your hand the Ace of Cups card from your favorite tarot deck. State your situation in a short precise sentence and concentrate on the water in the card. Follow your breath. The water will begin to move. Shapes may form, either as answers to your question or as an entity who rises out of the water to speak with you (acid not required - heh). Do this for fifteen minutes a day until the candle burns out. You will know what you need to do by then.

To create a potent perfume that will draw the romantic attention of the opposite sex, during a Full Moon mix the following oils or herbs in an olive or almond oil base in proportions pleasing to both your nose and magical senses. For women seeking men: vanilla extract or oil, clove oil, rose oil, and willow bark. For men seeking women: musk oil, orange or lime oil, nutmeg oil, and dried yarrow. Apply the perfume to chakra or pulse points before going out to meet your prospective lovers.

TRAVEL PROTECTION SACHET: (refer to my travel section)
To protect yourself during travel, combine equal amounts of mustard seed, comfrey, Irish moss, and kelp (also known as bladderwrack). Tie these up in a white or yellow cloth and carry with you when you travel. You may even choose to tuck one into each of your suitcases and garment bags.

SPELL to FOIL A JEALOUS WORK COLLEAGUE (Easter Europe)
This spell is to be done during a WANING MOON. You will need - a Piece of paper, spring water in a tight fitting container, a pen & a pin. Write persons name on the paper and take ingredients to work with you. Place the paper, name side down on a table, and get the person to cast a shadow over the paper.  "Pin" the shadow to the paper. Place the paper and pin into the container of spring water and seal it. Place the container against your forehead. Pass your right hand over the top of it three times, mentally expelling all bad feelings. Take it home and put it in your freezer where it will not be disturbed.

TO GAIN FORGIVENESS
Write the name of the one offended on one side of a Popsicle stick, and yours on the other side. Place the stick in a jar, fill the jar half full with sugar. Chant the following - " In this sugar we both stand, back to back, but hand to hand, Change (name of the person's) sour thoughts of me, to sweet forgiving thought, I plead. " Add water until 3/4 full, while saying the following - " I wash away all that keeps us now at bay sugar water, I now pray let forgiveness come my way. " Cap the jar tightly and shake 9 times, while saying - " Sugar sweet do your thing and bring (name of the person) forgiveness, Quickly bring him/her of thoughts of me so sweet, That his/her forgiveness is complete. " Shake the jar 9 times each day while saying the last chant.

SPELL FOR SWEET DREAMS
Hold a sprig of lavender, & walk around your bedroom ( this will help 'cleanse' the room ). When you retire, make sure there is nothing that could be disturbing you & place a Lavender Sachet under your pillow. As you lay down to sleep, say " Feather light on starry night, cozy warm and tired, pleasant dreams and sweetest thoughts as little angels smile. "

YOUR VERY OWN WISHING WELL (candle section)
Get a large bowl. Drip a few drops of different colors of candle wax in the bottom of the bowl, then adhere a white candle to that spot. ( The different colors of  candle wax that you've used to adhere the white candle to the bowl, represents a whole spectrum of possible wishes! ) Each morning, light the candle when you wake up and put a coin into the bowl. Make your wish for the day. Blow out the candle before you leave the house. Whenever you desperately need to have a wish granted, remove a coin from the bowl and either plant it in rich soil (houseplants will do ) or throw it into moving water. When the bowl is filled with coins, use all but a few (these "seeds" always remain in your bowl) for random acts of kindness, for instance, to help someone that's in need. What you give out will come back to you x 3 !

TO MAKE SICK OR PUNISH AN ENEMY:
Take a soiled garment of theirs, hang on a bare rafter (basement is ideal), and gets some blackberry switches. Whip the garment with the switches and your enemy will be sore and they will not be able to get out of bed.

SIMPLE HEXING SPELL:
Anoint a black candle with the oil and as it's lighted, repeat this affirmation: "Damn the foe who has harmed me, May evil return to it's source ten fold.  Let the sufferings intended for me be visited upon the perpetrator."

PAYBACK SPELL:
While concentrating on a specific person or thing that you are casting this on repeat over and over until you feel that it is complete: "Before the night is over, Before the day is through, Whatever you have done to others Will come right back at you." Try anointing a black taper with Payback oil and inscribing it with the persons name or writing it on a piece of parchment and placing it under the candle as it burns for better results with this spell.

GAMBLING and MONEY SPELLS:  (refer to my CRYSTAL MAGICK Section)
Charms: Good-luck charms should be carried in a green pouch; charms include buckeyes, lodestones, whole nutmegs, small horseshoe-shaped magnets, or a piece of High John the Conqueror root. Gambling oils: The best commercial one I’ve found is Anna Riva’s Haitian Gamblers’ Oil, but you can also make your own, blending cypress, basil, and rosemary oils and adding rosemary needles, mint or basil leaves, or pine needles. Rub on palms and on money you gamble with.

GOOD HUNTING SPELL:  (candle section)
During the third hour after sunset on the day before hunting, inscribe a red candle with the runic symbols Rad, Tyr, and Eohl, and light it. Light patchouli incense, and say: “Let this earthy scent attune me with Herne the Hunter, the bounty of the Earth, and the natural forces of life’s cycles.” Drop the following herbs into the candle, speaking after each. Star anise: “I call upon the spirits of hunter ancestors to aid me in my hunt tomorrow.” Bergamot leaves: “I call upon the power of bergamot to bring me success tomorrow.” Artemesia leaves: “I call on the Lady of the Hunt to bring me success in my endeavors tomorrow.” Red carnation petals: “I honor the blood of the animal I seek; life unto life, I hunt what I eat. The cycles we share flow ever eternal; hunters and hunted, revered and fraternal.”

WITCHES BALL NEW YEAR SPELL: (refer to my 550 Herb listing Section)
To promote prosperity and harmony in the coming year, pass one dozen small Yule tree balls of various colors, some orange peel, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and some prosperity oil through your favorite cleansing incense. Grind the herbs and orange peel in a mortar and pestle, saying: "New Year blooms in winter light, Bringing joy and love each night. With the dawn comes strength and more. Prosperity enters through my door." Add three drops of Jupiter oil to the herbal mixture, and stir seven times. Fill each ornament with a little of the herbal combination. Hang the ornaments on a tree outside, asking the winds of change to bring prosperity and harmony into your life.

FUTURE LOVER DREAM SPELL:
Dreaming about lovers is enjoyable, and can help you manifest your future mate. You can encourage this kind of dream by using herbs. Place a bay leaf under your pillow, and as you relax into sleep tell yourself that you will dream of your future lover. Add a pinch of mugwort to divine specific details about his or her appearance. When you wake up, write down as many details as you can remember, and place the list under your pillow for the next night. Keep adding to it until your lover appears.

THINK SWEETLY of ME SPELL:
Go to a brook and collect some water in a clear glass jar. Then find a small branch to fit into the jar. On the branch, carve the name of the person you want to think of you. Then go back home and put some sugar or molasses in the jar, and whenever you want him/her to think sweet thoughts of you, shake the container.

SPELL TO BRING SPIRITS:
Sit in a circle and chant the following three times:
west chant: obey these words of power
east chant: watchers of the threshold, watchers at the gate
north chant: unbar the guarded door
south chant: obey this command of this servant of power

CANDLE MONEY SPELL:
To boost an expected bonus or raise, do the following. First, estimate the expected amount and double it. For instance, if you expect a $500 bonus, think $1000. Buy one green tapered candle for each $100 beyond your original estimate. Place the candles in candleholders all in a row on a long table. With a nail or sharp object, scratch “$100” into the side of each candle. Place a crisp new $1 bill in front of each candle. In the margin of each bill write in tiny letters in green ink “x 100”. This will transform each $1 bill into a magical $100 bill. Burn the candles for one hour per day for seven days.

HOUSEHOLD PEACE SPELL:
To bring peace back to your household, cook a stew or a favorite one-pot meal during the day. As you add ingredients one by one, visualize a time when you and your partner were happy together. For Instance, drop the garlic into the pot and imagine the first time you knew you were in love; drop in the tomato and think of your first kiss. And so on. Stir clockwise and say: "Things aren’t as bad as they seem, They will return to what they’ve been". Share the meal with your loved one. Put aside your troubles and think of the good times you’ve had, and you’re yet to have.

AFRAID OF THE DARK SPELL:
To help a child who is afraid of the dark, add some lavender scent to a spray bottle of water. When the child has gotten in bed, spray an arch of fine mist from the floor up over the bed, and down to the floor on the other side. Have your child visualize the mist turning into a rainbow arch of brilliant color. Let the child know that the rainbow and its energies will still be there when the light goes out. 

MISTLETOE SPELL FOR LUCK:  (refer to my 550 Herb listing Section)
With a consecrated ritual dagger, ceremonially cut a piece of mistletoe at sunrise on winter solstice. As you do this, recite thrice the following incantation: "Golden bough and Witches broom, thy sacred names are spoken. By daggers blade I conjure thee to see all bad luck broken. Harming none, this spell is done. By law of three, so mote it be!" Hang the white berried plant over the front door of your house to bring good luck to all who dwell within. Mistletoe, which was sacred to the druids and used in their ancient fertility rites, is also said to possess the powers of healing and protection against evil, fire, illness and bad luck.

HOUSE HARMONY SPELL:
If you have been having quarrels and discord in your home, a spirit-scaring ritual may help. Get everyone in the household together in the main room of the house, especially if they have been involved in the arguments. Give everyone a bell, a pot or pan lid, and a stick, or some other way to make noise. Improvising is fine, as long as it’s loud. Start making lots of noise, and go through the whole house, scaring away the demons of conflict and strife. Come back to the main room, let the noise build to a peak, then stop. Be very quiet for a few minutes, then hug each other.

As the God and Goddess join in sacred marriage this Beltane, you can make a blessing for the success of your union. As you and your partner declare your blessings, place the following herbs in a basket decorated with flowers: Rose, for lasting love; Rosemary, for good memories; Lavender, for happiness; Sage, for wisdom; Vervain, for fidelity; Yerba Mate, for friendship; Hibiscus, for passion; Meadowsweet, for a peaceful home; Bistort, for fertility.

To tap into the Moon’s power, arrange in a silver-colored bowl any stones you have which are associated with lunar influences. Some good choices are quartz crystal, rutilated quartz, moonstone, marble, howlite, or any smooth white, white and black, or clear stone. Ideally, these should be round, polished pieces small enough to carry. Each Monday, draw one to be your companion for the week. Carry it in a pocket or bag, or place it in your office or workspace where you can see and touch it often.

INVISIBLE SPELL
This spell wont actually make you invisible, but will make you less noticeable!  Close your eyes &  visualize a white or black light (whichever one is more suitable) and visualize yourself inside that light, now picture that light getting blurry and taking in the colors of the objects around you, now see yourself getting blurry or being sucked into the light and the light taking the form of the objects around you until you cannot see the light.

LENDING STRENGTH
Touch the person you want to give power to and say: "By the powers of the stars, channel my strength to him/her, give him/her the strength ( the name of the person ) needs, even if I am weak for a short while, let him/her be strong, give him/her my energy."

DEPRESSION / STRESSED SPIRIT SPELL
This is for someone you know who is either depressed or stressed out! Write the following words on a piece of paper - " Magic moon burning bright, Let mine will be done this night.  Answer now my Pagan Spell, Let all with ( say person's name ) now be well. " Burn the piece of paper to release the spell.

CONTACT ME SPELL:
If you’re sitting by the phone hoping your love will call, try this spell to encourage them. Gather two photos: One of your love and one of yourself. There should be no one else in the photographs. Press the photos together facing inward so that the faces are aligned with each other. You want to create a situation where your love cannot see past your face. Now, using a paper clip, bind the photos together (the edges may overlap). Place the photos at the bottom of your underwear drawer. Your love should soon write, call, or make an unexpected appearance.

DRAW SOMETHING GOOD TO YOU:
To draw something good to yourself, first concentrate on what you want. Use all your senses to see yourself with the desired thing. Ask yourself how it smells, feels, tastes, and so on. HAG STONE AMULET:  (refer to my CRYSTAL MAGICK Section)
For natural magical protection, search a beach until you find a stone with a hole through it. This is a Hag Stone and is sacred to the goddess. Take it home and wash it in salt water, saying: "Gracious Goddess I have found, A holy-stone upon the ground. Some helpful spirit has given me, This token of the one in three. Keep it on your altar, and when you take a bath place the Hag Stone in the water along with a little salt. Feel the warm protective power of the Goddess in the water surrounding you. When you pull the plug, imagine your worries draining away with the dirty water.

TO END UNWANTED ROMANTIC FEELINGS:
Focus your thoughts on the person you want to no longer have feelings for. Think of all the reasons of yours & traits of theirs that you can, to back up your decision. Write this person's name on a small slip of paper. Cross out the name with feeling & Say - " You no longer hold a special place in my heart. You are not the right person for me. I will bury my feelings for you here & make a fresh start. "Bury this bit of paper & all your feelings about this person outside under a waning moon.

Ingredients: Enamel pot or potpourri simmer pot  , Sage , Mugwort , Eyebright , Wormwood Frankincense , Water. Boil the above herbs in a covered pot. When boiling, stop the heat and inhale the vapors. DO NOT DRINK!!! Use this before divination or visionary work.

DREAM OF YOUR SOUL MATE:
Put 3 almonds and 3 raisins under your pillow before you go to bed, drink a cup of warm milk with a tsp. of honey then go to sleep. To help your money “grow,” make a magical herbal wallet. Start with a six- by eight-inch piece of red cloth. Fold it lengthwise, and stitch up the short sides, so that it resembles an open wallet. Fill it with leaves of basil, mint, bay, and comfrey. Stitch up the long side. Carry your new wallet in your pocket or handbag.

LIVING QUARTERS CLEANSING SPELL: (candle section)
Light a white candle and your favorite incense, and place them on a tray with a bowl of water and some salt. Start at the front of the house and go from room to room.  In each room hold up the candle, and say: "Element of fire, cleanse this room with your energy. " Hold up the incense and say: "Element of air, cleanse this room with your energy." Sprinkle the water and say: "Element of water, cleanse this room with your energy. "  Sprinkle the salt and say: "Element of earth, cleanse this room with your energy." Feel the positive energy flowing everywhere. Repeat as often as needed. 

PEACE IN THE HOME SPELL: 
The home is a place of refuge and safety for most of us, and so we need to spend time sanctifying the home to maintain its peace and harmony. To help people relax in your home, place a light blue or white candle near the entryways. Rub some lavender and sandalwood-scented oil into it to promote peace and serenity. When you light the candles, say the following prayer. Lady Hestia, queen of hearth and home, Keep this space a place apart—Safe from harm, warm to the heart. Bring grace and joy to all herein. So mote it be. If a further boost is needed to promote a serene atmosphere among family and home, light some cinnamon incense after repeating the blessing.

LIVERWORT SPELL: (refer to my 550 Herb listing Section)
The liverwort, with its heart shaped leaves, has mystical powers that will induce love. To win the love of your sweetheart, rub two liverwort leaves together that have been dried in front of fire. Then secretly throw the powder over his or her clothing on a windless afternoon. You can also woo your lover by carrying a sachet full of powdered liverwort leaves with you at all times.

HOPS SPELL: (refer to my 550 Herb listing Section)
Hops is the component of beer that brings on drowsiness. This better herb without alcohol, can be effectively used as a sedative. Therefore, if you suffer from insomnia, make a white sachet and place dried hops inside. An aroma will be released that will cleanse your mind. Place the sachet under your pillow, and as you lie in bed, close your eyes and envision all of your worries drifting away. Breathe deeply, letting the scent of the dried hops coax you into a good night's sleep. 

Psychic Communication Spell
This spell will help increase your long-distance psychic abilities. For it, you’ll need a like-minded partner who does not live with you. Set a time
when you can perform this ritual with your friend. You’ll both need a white candle and charged amethyst stone. At the designated time, each of you should light your candle and gaze at the flame. Handle the amethyst stone.   Concentrate on one thought; visualize a blue-white light surrounding the candle. Then, project your thought in the direction of your partner.   Limit this exercise to about ten minutes. Extinguish the candle and call your friend. Tell each other what you felt, thought, or any images you saw.  Perform this ritual at least once a month and you will increase your psychic awareness.
