This Indenture made this 16th day
of February 1795 between Larner Bradshaw, Robert Bradshaw, John Bradshaw, Jerdone
Bradshaw, William Bradshaw, Benjamin Bradshaw & Ann Bradshaw of the one part, and
Hannah Bradshaw of the other part witnefseth that said Larner, Robert, John, Jordone,
William, Benjamin and Ann for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds
current money to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof do hereby acknowledge, hath given,
granted, bargained, sold, alien, enfcoffed and confirmed, and by these presents doth give
grant, sell, bargain, alien, enfcoff and confirm, unto the said Hannah , the late dwelling
house of John Bradshaw, situate in the county of Goochland, with one acre of land lately
laid off by Joseph Watkins (surveyor of Goochland county) with all and singular the
privileges, emoluments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold the said house and Land unto the said Hannah Bradshaw, her
Heirs and afsigns forever And the said Larner, Robert, John, Jerdone, William, Benjamin
and Ann, the said house and Lands do, against themselves, their Heirs and Afsigns and
against the Claim of all other person or persons, shall and will by these presents forever
warrant and defend. In testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
our seals the day and Year above written |

County the 16th Feby. 1795. This Indenture was acknowledged by Learner, John,
Jordan, & William Bradshaw parties thereto to be their act and Deed, which was ordered
