George the Second, To all, Know ye that for divers good caufes and Confiderations but more especially for and in Confideration of the Sum of forty Shillings of good and Lawful mony for our use paid to our Receiver General of our Revenues in this our Colony and Dominion of Virginia.  We have given granted and Confirmed and by these presents for us our Heirs and Succefsors Do give grant and Confirm unto William Bradfhaw One Certain Tract or Parsel of Land Containing Three Hundred and Ninty Acres Lying and being between Deep Creek and Muddy Creek in the County of Goochland and bounded as followeth (to wit) Beginning at Several pointers running thence on Stephen Hughes South Eleven Degrees East Sixty two poles to pointers North Eighty Degrees East twenty one poles to pointers thence on new Lines South two Hundred and Eleven poles to pointers West Two Hundred and forty poles to a red Oak North Two Hundred Sixty Seven poles to a Beech on the Northside of a Branch of Deep Creek East Two Hundred and Seven poles to the first Station With all To have hold To beholden Yielding and Paying   Provided In Witnefs Witness our Trusty and Wel beloved William Gooch Esq. our Lieutenant Governor and Commander in Chief of our said Colony and Dominion at Williamsburgh under the Seal of our said Colony the Third day of December One Thoufand Seven Hundred and Thirty three In the Seventh Year of our Reign
