To all people hoom
this presant Writing shall lurn William Bradshew of the
County of the Goochland send Greeting and know that I the sd. William
Bradshew for the good will that I bear to John Roberfon am indebted unto him and
have given granted and sold Two hundre acres of Land lying on the North fork of Deep Creek
beginning at Sammuel Nuckols line and John Robinfons and Corners at Hickry and runing a
South Corfe and Corners at a white oak and from thence down a Devideing line that John
Robinfon & William Bradshew made to a Corner red oak on
the sd. Bradfhew line from thence to a Corner beach at where I begin And by these prefents
do fully early and absolutely give grant bargin sell and Confirm unto the said John
Robinfon all and Singular my goods and Chattles and empliments of Land and Commodities and
haveing persefied in a Certain Schedular hoor unto anexed to have and to hold all Singular
the Land Chattles and Impliments of Land and Commodities whatfoever as aforesaid to the
sd. John Robbinfon his Executors Administrators and Afsigns to his and their and proper ue
of and behoofs forever there and theirs with to do youce and dispofe at this and their
will and please hear as of his and theirs one proper good Land Chattles without any manner
of Choling Claim or demand of me the sd. William Bradshew or
of any other persons forme in my name by my Caufe means Cosents or procurements and
further know ye that I the said William Bradshew have put the
sd. John Robinfon in full pofsesion of all and Singular the foresaid premifes by the
Delivery unto him at the unfealing of thare of two hundred acres of Land in name of all
the sd. Land In Witnefs thereof I have hear unto Set my hand & Seal this the |
