This Indenture made the Eighteenth day of July one Thoufand seven hundred and forty three Between William Tabour of the parifh of St. James's in the County of goochland of the one part and William Bradshaw of the Parifh and County aforesaid on the other part Witnefseth that the said William Tabour for divers good Caufes and Confiderations him thereto moving but more Especially for and in Consideration of Sixty pounds Current money of Virginia to him in hand paid by the said William Bradshaw the Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge hath Given Granted bargained Sold alien'd Released and Confirm'd unto the said William Bradfhaw and to his heirs and afsigns forever a Certain Tract or Parcell of land Containing three hundred and thirty acres lying and being in the Parifh and County aforesaid and bounded as followeth at a white oak Corner in John Hopson line thence Weft three hundred and four poles to a Red oak  North two hundred and twenty four poles Crofsing Deep Creek to the South side of a branch Eaft two hundred twenty four poles to pointers thence on William Bradshaw South fifty six poles to a red oak thence South on Mathew Mark line to a Corner Clark Gum Standing on the North side Deep Creek thence down the said Creek as it meanders to the place firft began at and all Buildings woods and underwoods Standing or Growing upon the premifes and all ways Eafements Profitts Commodities and Appurtenances whatfoever thereunto belonging or in any wife Appurtaing and the Revertion and Revertions Remainders and Remainder thereof and in all and singular the Premifes with all and every their Indents and all Evidences Writings or minuments of or Concerning the said Land or Premifes To have and to hold the said tract or Parcil of Land with all and Singular the premifes herein before mentioned meant or intended to be hereby Granted will all and every of their Appurtenances unto the said William Bradshaw and to his heirs and Afsigns for the only use and behoof of him the said William Bradshaw and of his heirs forever and the said William Tabour and his heirs the said Tract or Parcil of Land and all and Singular the premifes herein before mentioned with the Appurtenances unto the said William Bradshaw his heirs and Afsigns and to his and their own proper ufe againft the Challange Claim and Demand of all persons whatfoever shall and will Warrant and forever Defend In Witnefs whereof the said William Tabour hath hereunto Set his hand and Seal the Day and Year above Written.

      Memorandum.
