Graphics Viewer And Editor. This is a terrific little program, able
to view and edit virtually any graphics file. Download and install
the Plugins and Shell extension files too.
Firefox
Internet browser. An alternative to Microsoft's Internet Explorer,
which is not as prone to Hacker attack and is very configurable to
accomodate your personal taste. You will still need IE for some sites
(especially Microsoft sites) but it is well worth considering. My personal choice.
Cobian
Backup
This is a small and simple utility to backup files and
directories from one location in your computer to another location
in the same computer or to another computer in a network. You can
set the program to automatically make a backup at regular intervals
of time, for example daily, weekly etc. Cobian Backup offers additional
support for PKzip compressions and can be run as a service under
NT/2000/XP.
Oebackup
A handy little utility for backing up Outlook Express. It can save
all your settings and messages etc.
Handy Recovery
This is a file recovery program for win95,98,ME,XP. Just what you
need if you inadvertantly delete an important file.
Post-it
Electronic version of those little yellow
sticky 'Post it notes' that you can use on your desktop. Excellent.
