Eowyn's WW Dress

Originally thought to be white wool, this dress is actually cream. I made this dress sort of as a joke to a friend of mine who dared me to make it with as little fabric as possible (do NOT ask…) Well I did well. I made the entire thing from scraps (aside from the neck-trim). It's a cream stretch fabric. It's a bit snug, but it fits. I lined just the inside of the sleeves with some gold metallic fabric and tied gold rope on the sleeves. The belt was made of white tafetta with cardboard (yay cardboard!) discs hooked together with some light 22 gauge wire. (The back ties). I drafted the entire pattern. The necklace is my own, bought special from Prince Edward Island, Canada (they have WONDERFUL  celtic jewelry up there, I highly recommend you go there).
Ok so the actual dress is much fuller with a more distinguished v-neck. It probably has an invisible zipper in the back and the whole thing is lined in a darker cream fabric. I still like my version, no matter how snug it really is… lol
And yes, that is my real hair. (PS: First pic: wasted look! Lol)
