over-exert herself and move even faster. |
Personality: The Delivery Girl is a remarkably bright
young woman. Currently she is a Junior at Paragon University,
despite
her young age. Liu discovered her power at age thirteen, and
since then has taken advantage of it to advance her academic and
extracurricular career to the fullest. However, this has
been at the expense of her social life. She feels somewhat superior
to
many other superheroes in Paragon City, and has a very strong work
ethic that borders on obsession. A sense of justice lies
within her to use her powers to protect others. She holds her
opinions above all others'. |

Why That Name?: Since she was 14, Liu has worked at
Nguyen Delivieries, deep within Paragon's Asian district. Many of
her
deliveries have been to dangerous areas of Paragon's slums, usually late at night. While on the job, Liu would take time
to
thwart armed robbers, rapists, and gangsters. Liu equates Delivery with the delivery of justice. |

History: At 15, The Delivery Girl signed up to be a
Girl Wonder alongside Paragon's many superteams. Accepted immediately
for her remarkable powers, she became disenfranchised by the treatment of
sidekicks and teen wonders in general. Usually she would
disobey battle orders and disable super-villains before her mentors had a
chance to fire the first energy bolt. Moving from team to
team, she grew to realize that Teen Wonders didn't necessarily have to
start their careers as lowly sidekicks with no say in how crime was fought. At 18 she began to form a new
superteam, the Independent Boy and Girl Wonders' Association (IBGWA), a Wonder
Teen-only team that was destined to be just as effective as any other team in Paragon City. Recently, she has allied and
combined the IBGWA with the Honor Roll team, another similar teen-oriented
group, to create The Assembly. She fights as a founding
member and as a peer to all who join as regular members, as well as
reserve teen wonders.
