the colors, the smells, the sounds. Notice how you feel in this
place, how your body and your mind can let go and enjoy it. Breathe
deeply, allowing yourself to feel safe and content. Take that feeling
of safety and tranquility and install it in your body, so that it
will always be there for you to return to.
