3. Om
Step 1: Take a comfortable deep breath, and as you exhale, say or sing
"om." Let the purifying sound of "om" fully resonate
in your body and your mind. Enjoy the vibration, and allow tensions to
dissolve. Continue to repeat "om" with each exhalation, entering
into the sound completely. After several minutes, breathe quietly and
see how you feel. Sit quietly with your eyes closed for a few breaths, noticing how you
