The Constellations

Return Home Pick a month to see which constellations are at their best.

To find these constellations, find out where due north and south is. Draw a line from north to south that runs directly overhead (zenith). The month that I have the constellation under, it will be near this line. This is also set up for about 9 or 10 in the evening. If viewing at a different time, add a month for every two hours later. Subtract a month for every two hours earlier.
