Policy

Here I will list some general policies regarding the contents, image, and artwork displayed in Hikari-Tenshi AnimeShrine. If you have any questions regarding any of the policies I have listed below, feel free to ask me in the FAQ section of the menu.

Premade Layouts (Terms Of Use)

All premade layouts are designed and coded by me. They are linkware, therefore free to use as long as you keep the credits and a link back to HTAS up on your site. Before you download, please take time to read and agree with the terms below:

Please DO NOT rip the source code of this layout. Font color and hover color may be changed, but do so only if you know CSS well enough.
Please keep the credits up on every page of the site. I have spend alot of time making these layouts.
If you change anything in this layout, please do not claim this layout as your own.
Please DO NOT use the image in this layout for any other purposes (such as wallpaper, etc).

Images

None of the images I used in my pictures (The dark magician girl pic, Rebecca pic, Mai pic, etc) are owned by me since they are already copyrighted by their legal owners (by 4kids, WB, Kazuki Takahasi, etc). Some of the images I have used are from the websites listed in "Credits", some others are screen captures made by myself. However, all the images were edited by me. I have spend alot of time on modifying them, making the background, and adding the words. Therefore I prefer that you visiters do not take or post any of the pictures (especially my Hikari-Tenshi AnimeShrine logo pic and my bio pic, the angel) that I have displayed on my web pages on your website or any other public places, for it would be boring for others to see the same images used on multiple websites, don't you think so? ^_^ I do allow people to use the pics displayed in the "special pics" section and the "stuff" section. Those pics are especially made for you visitors. If you do post those pics on your website, please give me credit to those pics by posting a link to my website on your site. If you would like a button/banner for linking back to my site, please go to Link to Us page under Main. Please do not direct link the any pics though, that will cause bandwidth problems and slow down my site.

If you really must post a picture displayed on my website other than the pics displayed in the two places that I have listed above, then you may email me and ask me about the pic you want to use.

For non-public use or private personal use, you may have any of my pics displayed on my website. I would prefer you to email me about the pic you want to have so I will know ^_^.

Images that are not edited, drawn, or screencaped by me are given credit on the bottom of the page they are on. If you want to use these images, please ask their original owner for permission. Look in the "credit" page for links to their websites.

Original Artwork in "Cheeko's Comics" section

Now these orginal artworks are copyrighted by my friend Cheeko. They are her own creation and she has spend alot of time drawing them and coloring them. Therefore please DO NOT take or post any of her pictures on your websites or any public places without asking for her permission. Some of her pics are not to be posted on your website or any public places at anytime. Those include her original character pics. If you must use or post a pic from the gallery section under "Comics", please ask Cheeko by going to her comment page or email me. You can also check out her policy by visiting her biography, which is listed both in the Staff page and the main page of Cheeko's Comics. And remember, if you do post any of Cheeko's comics or artworks, please give her credit ^_^!

For private and personal use, you can also ask her by going to her comment page in the "Comics" section on the menu.

Contents

Please do not plagiarize the contents in my website, which mainly include posting my website contents on to your website or any public places. It is alot more interesting and fun to write your own stuff, trust me!! ^_^

Website Layout

Again, the layout is copyrighted by me (which include the starry background image). It is my own design, so please do not copy it and use it on your own website.

Submissions

This site is currently open to all submissions. The submissions have to be anime related in some way and have to be original. If you submit pictures they have to be originally edited by you. If you submit artworks or fanart, those also have to be created originally by you. You are also welcome to submit in fanfics, but like others, they also have to be original.

If you are interested in submitting anything, please email me your submission(s), the title of your submission(s), and a name you are comfortable with being on line (e-mail, website, and nicknames are fine). For fan-fictions, please also include a brief summary of your story (like what you see on the backs of books). Everything submitted have to also be apporiate for this site. This site is open to everyone and it is hentai free. Yaoi and Yuri fics are fine as long as it isn't too graphic. For more information on fan-art submission(s), please visit the fanart section in Yu-Gi-Oh.
