Season 2: Battle City Tournament

An ancient Egyptian Exhibit was set up at the Domino Museum by an renowned Eygtian Historical Society leader Ishizu Ishtar. She personally invites Seto Kaiba to a special private exhibition with the promise of showing him cards stronger than Exodia. Kaiba out his curiosity and his desire for rare cards went but was encountered with historical facts that he himself could never dreamed of. Through the power of her Millennium Necklace, Ishizu showed him a vision from 5,000 years ago in Egypt, depicting him and Yami Yugi in an ancient Duel Monsters game. But the monsters were real and Yami Yugi was the Pharaoh. Further more, Ishizu shows Kaiba a stone tablet which shows Kaiba and Yami Yugi fighting, each using their most trustworthy monster: Kaiba the Blue Eyes White Dragon and Yami the Dark Magician. On there was also the most powerful duel monsters in existence, the three Egyptian God Cards. Ishizu tells Kaiba of their great power, but the cards were stolen by Rare Hunters - an elite of ruthless underground duelists who sell cards on Black Markets. Inorder to retrieve the cards, she want Kaiba to host a tournament, drawing the rare hunters out. She also give Kaiba Obelisk the Tormentor, one of the god cards, to help him in his tournament. Kaiba thought Ishizu was a fool, someone who believes in too much Egyptian fairy tale. He agrees to set up the tournament, only wanting to have a second chance at defeating Yugi. But little is known to Kaiba that Ishizu has a secret intention of her own for wanting the tournament...

Yugi Motou is finally reunited with his grandfather. But he is begining to be troubled by Yami's secret past. Who was Yami and what were his lost memories? Perplexed by this, Yugi could not help wanting answers about the spirit himself and his future. On his way to a soccer game with Tea, he was intrigued by a robed fortune teller who claims he can predict his future. Tricking Yugi in to giving him the Millennium Puzzle, the robed figure run away with it and puts up signs, wanting Yugi to follow him. Once Yugi chased him down, he finds himself inside a broken warehouse, where he must duel to reclaim ownership to his puzzle. Yugi wasn't used to dueling without Yami, but he tries his best and in the end was close to beating the robed figure. When Yugi sees all his monsters were machines, he realized his opponent was actually Bendit Keith. It is him, but he is under the control of a sinister man, who owns the Millennium Rod.

Meanwhile Tea runs back to school to get help from Joey and Tristan when she bumps into Bakura. Intrigued by the fact that someone took the Millennium Puzzle when he should be the one to have it, Yami Bakura emerges and traces his way to the warehouse through his Ring. Once there, he broke the mind control over Bandit Keith. When the owner of the Millennium Rod could no longer fully control Keith, he makes him break the puzzle in his failed attempt at gaining control. Frustrated by the fact that he keeps hearing voices in his head, Bandit Keith smashes violently around and accidentally set the warehouse on fire. Yugi pulls hard on his Puzzle, which is nailed to the side of his Dueling Area. But he couldn't as fire spreads and smoke surrounds him. Yugi is determined to save the spirit, so he began to piece the puzzle back together.

Joey, Tristan, and Tea finally found where Yugi is at. Joey and Tristan breaks into the Warehouse and attempt to bring Yugi out of there. But Yugi holds tightly onto the puzzle and will not leave no matter what. In the end, Joey and Tristan using poles to pull the puzzle out and left just in time before the warehouse collapses.

At the hospital, Yugi is thankful that Joey and Tristan managed to save him and the spirit of the puzzle. While Tea looks on at Yugi, she thought of the new enemy and danger they will be facing and wonders why all this seems to be connected to the Millennium Puzzle...

Season 3: Noah's Virtual World and Back to Battle City (Duel Tower)

The first round of the Kaiba's Battle City Tournament is over. The finalists are Yugi, Joey, Kaiba, and Marik. Kaiba is determined to finish the tournament once and for all and crown himself to be King of Games on his own Duel Tower, which is located on a island that used to belong to his step-father Gozaboro.

As the blimp propels itself toward the island, something went horribly wrong as it began to re-redirect itself toward a underwater base. The tele-screen on the blimp suddenly flashes with a image of a young boy, who introduces himself as Noah and insists that all the duelists present on the blimp to step down and walk toward the center of the base, or else guns installed on the blimp will automatically fire. Leaving them with no choice, Kaiba, Mokuba, Yugi, and the rest of the gang (except Marik and Ishizu) enters the base, trying to guess what lies ahead of them.

Once they arrive at the center of the base, they were shocked to be confronted with the Big Five, the five corporate leaders of Kaiba Corp who once trapped Kaiba in his own virtual reality game. The Big Five lost that virtual reality game to Kaiba and Yugi, despite their all powerful Five God Dragon. As a result, their minds were permanently trapped in the virtual world. After what seems like ages, they met Noah, who promised to help the Big Five to get their revenge, by dueling Kaiba, Yugi, and the gang again and won their bodies for themselves and trapping Kaiba, Yugi, and the gangs minds in the virtual world.

So the second Virtual Reality Game began as Kaiba, Yugi, and the rest of the gang got transported and separated in Noah's virtual world. Could they all survive Noah's Virtual World, which is full of surprises at every corner, and triumph over the Big Five again? Who is Noah and why is he so determined to trap Kaiba, Yugi, and the gang in his virtual world? The 3rd season is full of mysteries and surprising facts as Noah's true family background and intentions were finally revealed.

Season 4: Doma (Waking the Dragons)

With the Battle City Tournament being finally over, Yugi is glad to be back at Domino once again and back in school.

One day, Yugi was in his Algebra class when Yami suddenly switches with him and started walking towards the Domino Museum, where he first learned of his past as a Pharaoh from Ishizu. Yugi was surprised at Yami switching with him between classes, since he had never done that before. Yami, however, has his own intentions for doing so as he tells Yugi about him hearing the Gods of Egypt calling out to him, telling him to go to the Museum. He thinks his memories of being Pharaoh might be locked within the stone tablet which depicted his ancient duel with Seto Kaiba.

Meanwhile, Rex and Weevil bumped into each other on the street of Domino. They both claim that they will duel Yugi and claim the god cards for themselves. As they run down the street together, they bump into a robed man, who muttering an ancient language, tells them to arise and duel him! Weevil and Rex's screams were heard next, over the background of a news anchor telling the public Professor Arthur Hawkins had made another astounding discovery, this time about the ancient city of Atlantis...

When Yami finally arrived at the museum, he was confronted with Tea, Joey, and Tristan. Yami had not wanted them to come for it might be dangeous. But Tea thinks frinds should always stick together. So they enter the museum together.

Joey and Tristan were surprised to find that the guy on the stone tablet looked exactly like Yami. Yami says that is him, dueling in ancient Egypt. The God cards which he hold in his hands suddenly call out to him again, saying they the gods of Egypt will assist the Pharaoh in unlocking his memories. Yami holds the god cards infront of the stone tablet and a brillant flash of light emits from the cards, causing the eye on the tablet to glow in response. Suddenly the light disappears, replaced by shocks of purple lightening surrounding the card. Yami holds his hand in pain, as he feels power being drained from the God Cards. The Stone Tablet become sealed behind a cover of thick ice.

A woman's scream was suddenly heard from outside the museum. Yami and the gang rushes out, shocked to find duel monsters roaming around the city. While they all run to find Kaiba about the possiblity of his duel disk malfunctioning, they bump into tranced Weevil and Rex, who claim that the age of distruction will began...

Night comes as Yugi and gang sit inside Yugi's gameshop, discussing the day's event. While Joey and Tristan thinks the appearance of monsters were due to Kaiba's duel disks, Yami thinks the monsters might be real, that somehow the event in the museum triggered the appearance of this monsters.

Suddenly, Yugi's grandfather groaned and falls. Yugi rushes to his grandfather's side, only to find him laying on the ground, saying the God cards were stolen. Yugi and the gang rushes outside, finding Obelisks the Tormentor, Slifer the sky dragon, and the winged dragon of Ra summoned in the middle of the city. A flashes of bright light blinds Yugi and the gang, as three men on motercycles tells Yugi they want the Pharaoh to follow them. "How did they know about Pharaoh?", Yugi wonders to himself.

The gang follows the three men to a abandoned construction site. A robed man suddenly jumps down from above, telling the Yami to duel him for the god cards. The duel started out normally, until the robed man summons a never before heard magic card - the Seal of Orichalcos! The seal gives the holder the ability to summon 10 monsters to the field and grants each monsters an extra 500 attack points. Whoever loses when the seal is on the field will be stripped of his or her soul. The robed man is confident that Yami wouldn't able to defeat him, especially after he summoned Oblisk the Tormentor and combined him with the seal, raising his attack points to 4500!

Confronted with such a powerful magic card and monster, Yami did not give up as he combines his monsters with his magic and trap cards and was able to finally won the duel. The soul of the old man was trapped by the Seal of Orichalcos as a result. The three men took back Obelisk the tormentor along with other two god cards, telling Yami that he has to defeat all three of them before getting the god cards back.

The next day, the gang reflects on what had happened the night before. Just when they thought all the troubles were over, they began again! Yugi ponders on what had happened, while Joey questions why all these weird events always happen to them, when comes Rebecca, granddaughter of Professor Arthur Hawkins. After a brief reunion (which causes some jealously and suprises [see the quote page]), Rebecca informs Yugi that her grandfather needs to see him right away!

Arriving at the museum for the second time, Yugi find both his grandfather and the Professor are present. The Professor was glad to see Yugi again, and tells him that he has a theory that all this monster sightings might have something to do with - Yugi!

The 4th season is unlike any other previous season of Yu-Gi-Oh, with mythology concerning Atlantis being first introduced. Much more action and drama was introduced in this season, with a brand new villain. A dangeous new threat is approaching both the world of human and duel monsters and it is up to Yugi and the gang to save the world once again.

Season 5: Part I - KC Grand Prix (KC Grand Championship)

Dartz and the Great Leviathan have been finally defeated. Yugi Motou and his friends decided to stay with Professor Arthur Hawkins and his granddaughter Rebecca for a while. They are glad that life is back to normal, or so they thought...

Seto Kaiba is trying to rebuild Kaiba Corps' reputation after the company was bought temporarily by Dartz's company - Paradise. With Kaiba Land's construction near completion, he decides to hold a tournament there, in which duelists from all over the world compete against each other for a shot at the World Championship title, which is held none other by...

Yugi took a walk by himself in a forest near Professor Hawkin's trailer, leaving his friends behind sleeping by the meadow. Stopping by a pond, Yugi finds Yami in his spirit form by his side. Seeing the calm water, Yugi remarks how everything is back to normal again, but Yami thinks that everytime things seem to be back to normal, new evil rises again.

Tea and Rebecca soon find Yugi by the pond and as usual, Rebecca is all over him again, making Tea twitch with fury and jealousy. Suddenly, a helicopter landed near them and out came Mokuba, who delivers to them the news of KC Grand Championship. He wants Joey, Yugi, and Rebecca to participate in the tournament hosted at Kaiba Land. In return for their participation, Mokuba agrees to give Yugi and the gang a ride home back to Domino after the tournament is over.

Flying over Kaiba Land, Yugi and the gang remark its magnificance and size. After landing, Mokuba takes them on a tour, showing them various Kaiba Land's sights. Their last stop is a Blue Eye's White Dragon head-shaped dome where all the duelings take place. In there, some amateur duelists duel against Kaiba Corp's dueling computer. One kid keeps losing to the computer and Yugi found out why, as he look at the kid's deck and found it to contain nothing but monster cards. Yugi decides to help him out by giving him a magic card named "The Heart of a Underdog". The excited kid, whose name is Rick, immediately challenges the computer again. Suddenly, the light flashes and all the exits are shut down, trapping everyone in the Dueling Dome. The duel computer also changes its voice, commanding Rick to duel him at level 5. Rebecca did a quick analysis of the duel computer with her laptop and found that the computer is hacked by an outsider. The only way to get out of the Dome is to duel the computer and win. As Rick calls out that he can't do this, Yugi changes to Yami and duels the computer in Rick's place...

KC Grand Championship is the shortest Yu-Gi-Oh saga, with only 14 episodes. But it proves to be the most humerous one yet. KC Grand Championship is filled with actions and introductions to new duel monsters. Will Yugi win against the Duel computer and frees everyone who is trapped in the Dome? Will he and the gang find out who is sabatoging the KC Grand Championship tournament? And most importantly, will Yugi remain as the undefeated World Champion? For all the answers to these questions and more, watch the KC Grand Championship!
