Here are some exercises to help you get familiar with your energy:
  
    When you wake up in the morning, visualize yourself inside a cloud of energy.  Try to draw that energy into your body.  You can visualize the energy as whatever reminds you of energy.  I like to picture it as a green haze.  Picture it coming into your
chakras. This really only works if your chakras are open, so it's important that you do that first (see the page titled "opening up").  This will give you more energy. 

   Aside from meditating, you can also make
psiballs. This is the perfect exercise and is the precursor for Telekinesis and other stuff.
Some fun things to do with psiballs once you learn how to make them: 

   Make your psiballs hot or cold.  Think about them as being hot or cold.  Picture them as and think about whatever reminds you of being hot or cold.  For cold, maybe picture it being blue and think of ice.  You may also want to try making them feel sticky or slimey and then hitting someone with it and seeing if they felt that way.  This is called
programming.

   Make psiballs at other chakras.  Instead of making them at your hands, make them at your third eye or feet or heart or at another charkra.  Same process, just at a different location. 

   Making psiballs at remote locations.  It's the same process, but this time make the psiball farther away from the chakra.  You'll know if it's there if you put your hand where you visualize it being.  If it feels like there's a psiball there, then you've done it.
