Now that you understand the basics of energy, you can move up to more advanced exercises.  Still, continue to do the beginning exercises. 
   Fisrt of all, try deeper and longer meditation.  Second, try longer and faster
surges and ki flames.
   Controlling your energy won't do you any good if you don't have alot of energy to begin with, so you may want to consider working out, getting more exercise, and watching your diet.  Make your body as efficient as you can by
     1: lowering your body fat and cholesterol to a low level.
     2: increasing your muscle strength and endurance
     3: increasing your lung capacity
     4: lowering your sugar, cholesterol, and fat intake to healthier levels.
     5: avoid
carcinogens!! That means no sugar free gum, or anything with potasium ascelufame (or ascelufame K), sorbitol, aspartame, or sucralose, and no cigars/cigarettes!!
   These are just suggestions, you don't have to follow them.  You can make up your own diet plan, or not make one at all.  the goal is to stay healthy and efficient. 
    Another fun thing to do is to make a game out of what you know. For example, make a
psiball and have a game or catch with yourself or a friend, or have a friend hide something in a room and use your sixth sense to try to find it.
