Telekinesis... Moving things without touching them. How to do it? Use your energy. You remember the chakras? They must be open to do this. Click the above link to learn how to open them. Once they are open, you can proceed.
In order to do this, you have to project your energy at and around the object. Here's an idea: start with a psiwheel. See below for details on how to make one:

1: take a 2x2 in. square of paper/tin foil

2: fold it on the diagonal one way

3: now fold it on the diagonal the other way

and now it should look something like this

now just place the center of it on a pushpin or something of that sort

Now just focus your energy on one of the points. Visualize it turning, like you're nearing a scene in a movie you've already seen. Expect it to move. See it moving. This will guide your energy to it and soon, it should move. Don't despair if you don't get it, it may take weeks or even months before you move it. Really though, it is best to have a teacher show you this because it is fairly compecated. That is why I'm here :)
