Is this for real?: Oh yes it is. I'm not lying. I've done this stuff before and I know that it is possible.
Has this ever been proven scientifically?: Actually it is still being studied. Ironically, science is based on observation, and any idiot who asks for a demo can see that it is as real as the air you breath.
Can anyone do this?: Sure. No one is incapable. However, everyone develops it at a different rate. I was born with it, so it just came naturally to me without me even trying. Some people spend weeks, months, or even years trying to get even the basics down. Nevertheless, anyone can do these things.
How will this affect my religion?: Unless your religion states "Thou shalt not partake in energy training", it won't. It's like a knife. That knife can be used to kill someone, or it can be used to slice a piece of bread. Likewise, some peole will use it for evil, and some for good. If your Christian and believe that mysticism is evil, than using it for mystic purposes would be against what you believe. If you're mystic and believe that Christianity is evil, than using it for Christian purposes would be against what you believe. I will not teach you anything that will go against anything you believe. If I do, tell me so I can correct it.
Is this dangerous?: Not if you do it right. That is why I strongly reccomend getting lessons. You can hurt yoeurself and others if you don't do these things properly, but generally it's nothing more than a headache unless you do crazy hard training. See disclaimer for more details
