Energy's forms

Anyone with experience in the Chinese energy practictioners should be familiar with "Ki" or "chi" and "Jing" etc.  I'd like to take this time to explain them from my point of view:
Ki and energy are synomomous.  It is just a specific classification of energy found in all living things.  Ki is used as the generic term for bodily energy because all other bodily energies can be made from ki.  However, I list ki separetly because it has different properties than the other energies. Your body naturally uses Ki as it's main source of internal energy, it is produced not only during metabolism but also as a byproduct of breathing and other functions.  Ki can be gathered up by certain geometric matrixes existing in the body.  Ki mainly affect energy fields.  Jing is the next step up.  It is chi with a higher vibration rate.  Do not confuse this with compacted chi! They are very different.  The density of the energy refers to how much space there is between each string of energy.  Vibration rate refers to how fast it vibrates.  Generally, as a string is compressed, its vibration rate increases.  See the figure below:
Jing occurs in the bones, specifically the long bones (like the femur and humerus) and the bones with alot of cartilage near them (like the carpals). Jing affects mostly matter.
There is another type of energy, called kundalini.  It is between ki and jing as per vibration rate.  It occurs in the chakras and also travels through the spine.
Eventually energy can be compacted enough to make force particles, maybe even matter.  Note that an incredible amount of force is required to turn energy into matter bigger than an electron, so don't expect to make anything solid. Still, I have yet to find anyone who can make any thing, even an electron.  Electrokinesis is NOT making elecrticty, it's just controlling it.
Entropy is another important thing to keep in mind.  Entropy is the measure of randomness.  In other words, it describes how predictable an energy's actions are.  For example, heat has a high entropy, and it moves very random and is absorbed by whatever it comes in contact with.  However, a laser has a very low entropy because it always travels in the same direction (except when it hits a mirror) and doesn't really get absorbed by outside matter.  Altering entropy won't really create any new form of energy, just make it more predictalbe and easier to use.  So it kind of is a new form of energy in some ways.
And those are the basic forms of energy
