Ok. The first steps to energy usage is understanding your exoenergy field. Fisrt of all, there are several points on the body where energy leaves the body and is fed to the energy field. These vortexes of energy always spin clockwise (that is, clockwise as if you were looking at your self from the outside), so NEVER spin them counterclockwise or you can get hurt. The first one is at the base of your spine. The second by your navel. The third, your solar plexus. The fourth, your heart. The fifth, you throat. The sixth, about two inches above where your eyebrows almost meet in a region called the "Third Eye Region". The seventh, around your head, is in a region called your crown. These are called Chakras. Although they were discovered by the Buhdists, they are real and will not affect your religeous life. I've felt them and they exist. I'm not completly sure, but I believe they link your exo and endo energy fields, moving outward with diffusion. So wait a minute... if your energy moves out, then how do you get more energy when you run out?! You take in energy when you breath, during cellular respiration (when you cells make energy to live off of, in other words turning glucose into ATP), and during reverse diffusion energy aquisition (when your chakras suck in energy). |
