Commander Katherine Pulaski, M.D. Chief Medical Officer, USS Enterprise When Dr. Crusher left the Enterprise to become the head of Starfleet Medical, Dr. Kate Pulaski was brought aboard to become the new Chief Medical Officer. Pulaski was very different from Crusher and she had a very distinct and stubborn personality. Pulaski often times disagreed with Picard and wouldn't let anyone boss her around her sickbay. Pulaski was witness to many strange encounters on the Enterprise, including the alien pregnancy of Deanna Troi and she herself was the victim of a rapid-aging virus. Dr. Pulaski left the ship when Dr. Crusher returned to her previous position. images:
