The Control Room

This is the control room. Usually there are two or three people but so no one hassled me for taking pictures, I made sure there wasn't anyone in the room. But anyway, this is the air conditioned oasis and haven. It is great for coming out of the heat and taking a break. There refrigerator is where we keep our lunch, and can warm things up in the microwave there. On the right are the "controls", or just a bunch of buttons that control different pumps and motors. The cooker and the still operator sit at these computers most of the time monitoring levels and temperatures and making adjustments as necessary. This is simply the "hang out" place.
