Waiting for things

Here I am waiting for the fermenter to finish filling up. I look down inside and see how far it has to go using the measuring rod, and it usually isn't much more than five minutes. So I just have to sit and wait. Sometimes I get everything caught up, so I just wait on other things too. It is a good time to just sit and think or pray. Notice also the official wear of the tortise shell safety glasses, the distillery blue hard hat, and the radio to communicate.
