Cutting over

This is a cutover valve. The corn mash comes from the right in that big pipe, and goes down into the fill spout. When I turn the valve, the mash will go on by to the next fill spout. It is very crucial that I have these valves set up correctly or else a huge mess can be made. The corn mush is constantly pumped through the pipe at something like a thousand gallons per minute (or at least really fast). So if it goes to the wrong place, it makes a big mess in a hurry. Thankfully, I have not made any messes.
