 
One day there was a bear called Alfie. Alfie and mother bear lived in a cave. Alfie said when will it be spring? It will be when the butterflies come out and when the flowers come out too, then it will be spring. So he went to sleep and he woke up and saw butterflies. By Selai Alfie looked out of the cave door and he saw a butterfly. Alfie went to his mum and Alfie called Mum stomped across the floor. By Alexandra Aflie cried because it was not spring. So he had to go back to bed. Mother bear said when the birds and sparrows come it will be spring. One day a drip of water touched Alfie's nose. It was spring!
